Name: Shioai (The Tidal Hour)

Protection:
The Protection is known as Taifūgan or Eye of the Typhoon. When the user calls out the incantation Idaku, Taifūgan! (Embrace, Eye of the Typhoon!), causes a wave of water in the form of a doom over the user or those who he/she is trying to protect. It would protect the person inside for up to three posts.

Moreover, it can take up to a maximum of five attacks from an attacker who is of 3 Tier. If they are 2 Tier, it can take up to a maximum of three attacks. However, if they are 1 to 0 Tier or higher, it will take up one hit maximum before being destroyed. These attacks can be either physical or reiatsu based.

Capture:
The Capture is known as Suirei Kabe Gihen or Water Wall Deception. When the user calls out the incantation Hikkakeru, Suirei Kabe Gihen! (Ensnare, Water Wall Deception!), this causes a wave of black and red water within three meters of the user. This wave would take the form of a water cage and can be held for up to three posts

Moreover, it can take up to a maximum of five attacks from an attacker that is 3 Tier. If they are 2 Tier, it can take up to a maximum of three attacks. However, if the attacker is 1 to 0 Tier or greater, it will take up one hit maximum before being destroyed. These attacks can be either physical or reiatsu based.

If the person attacking is inside, than it will take the number of attacks listed above. If the person attack is on the outside of the cage, than it will take an equal number of attacks as if someone was attacking form inside the cage.
Incantation:
Protection: Idaku, Taifūgan! (Embrace, Eye of the Typhoon!)
Capture: Hikkakeru, Suirei Kabe Gihen! (Ensnare, Water Wall Deception!)
Notes:
Description: A wall of water appears and envelops the user or someone(s) that is within three meters of him, either protecting them from attacks or capturing them. However, it requires two different call-out phrases, one to do the protection, and one to do the capturing.

Limits
There are a number of limits to this Kidou, with the most important one being the need of a source of water nearby. If there is any source of water, rather it is a lake, ocean, river, stream or rain the amount of concentration to do this Kidou is easy. However, if there is not an abundance of water nearby than it will take twice as long to cast this Kidou and more concentration.

Additionally, the caster must rest for one post between casting, and both Suirei Kabe Gihen and Taifūgan last for a total of three posts.

Ease of Others Learning:
Additionally, this ability will be open to others who want to learn how to use it. However, other who learn this ability, will have all of the times cut in half. You MUST be a level of 3 Tier or higher to learn this Kidou.

However, if the user has a water based Zanpakuto, than the number of posts that Suirei Kabe Gihen and Taifūgan last for increases to six posts, with a rest of one post. Moreover, the maximum number of attacks increases by two. So if the attacker is 3 Tier it can take a maximum of seven hits, 2 Tier a maximum of five hits and if they are 1 to 0 Tier a maximum of three hits before either are destroyed.
