Personality:
She is energetic and often rough towards her friends. She is rude, rough, and defensive towards strangers. She is mentally stable as anyone can be. She is also sane, not some psycho but she had several friends who were psycho. She just wants some attention from people by being energetic and rough but it often fails for the people near her dislikes rough people and keeps their distance with them.
Towards arrancars, she is always on defensive and wants to walk away from them. When it is humans she is facing, she wants to get close to them unless they have affiliates with shinigamis or hollows. Towards shinigamis, she prefers no contact at all. Although she had her own policy of keeping away other spiritual entities from her, she can go steps on the fine line of them.
Despite having such stern attitude towards the group of spiritual entities and such, she is actually very kind inside as well as warm. But she has recently buried this part of her because she fell into depression after the death of her mother and several of her spiritually aware and idiotic friends who stepped outside of the city's shield and got themselves devoured in front of her.

Bow Description: Her bow is a solid bow in shape of a mongolian's bow. It is twisted in many parts and if you look at it from the left or right, it would look like a 3. The bow is red and has violet outlines.

History:
Tza-saiko, born Jacaquline Saiko, was born between two Quincies. It was only natural for her to gain the ability and power of that of the Quincies because her parents often came home bloody and with their bow intact. When she became 14, her parents began to teach her Quincy and their history.
It was only a few months after she learned about the Quincies when her mother died. And soon after her mother's death, her closest friends were killed by hollows in front of her. Jack, as her friends called her, mourned for 15 days in isolation. And when those 15 days were over, she isolated herself more from the society, training her Quincy powers. During this time, she traveled between the city and the outskirt to kill weak and moderately strong hollows. Her fighting made her angry, though, because she knew she was only strong as a low level seated shinigamis. But as days grew by, she felt herself being more and more cold and cynical, refusing to trust anyone, including her own father.
Now she is 18 and she graduated high school. She changed her name to Tza-saiko (She absolutely forgot what made her do that) and she traveled to the underground Karakura city to find herself a isolated home. She hopes to find a clean suitable home that she can decorate with her own style.

Roleplay Sample:
Tza-saiko grunted as she spotted a hollow half a mile away. She stood on top of a building near the shield that seperated the city from the outskirt. It was a fairly strong one, and the shape of it was mysteriously like that of a gorilla. She activated her powers and brought out a solid Mongolian bow. She pulled her string back, taking an aim. A semi-transparent arrow formed between the string and the bow. She let the string go and the arrow flew across the sky. The arrow skided by several buildings and unaware people until it hit the hollow right in the mask, kiling it instantly.
She made a small smile like that of a satisfied hunter. Saiko-1 Hollow-0.
"That was easy," she said to herself. "I was expecting more from an adjucha," she said. She dissipated her bow. She didn't sense any more of the hollows she hunted, which were mainly adjucha, Gillians and low level arrancars. '10 kilometers in 4 second. That's 2.5 km/s. That's really slow...' she thought. 'I wonder what's wrong with my bow. Or is it me?' she added. She continued her train of thoughts until she sensed a reiatsu. "Oop! There's another one!" she giggled as she drew her bow again and concentrated. 'I'm making this under 2 seconds,' she thought and let her arrow fly.
