Personality

Despite having formerly attained a position in the elite Gotei 13, Mashiro has very childish and immature mannerisms. She is portrayed as rather flighty and rarely takes note of the bigger picture around her. She is prone to throwing fits over the smallest of things, such as Orihime Inoue befriending Hachigen Ushōda or when Kensei insisted on following his subordinates into battle. Her childish personality frequently irritates her former Captain Kensei, causing him to question why he kept her as a lieutenant at the time; he has noted she is capable of annoying him even while asleep. She often calls Ichigo "Berry-tan" (Berry Boy in the English manga, Carrot-Top in the English dub anime), a play on Ichigo's name. She seems to be good friends with Hachi, instantly disliking it when Orihime befriends him.

In battle, she is somewhat more serious though, acting slightly like a superhero while attacking and after winning. The super-hero attitude that comes along with Mashiro is based upon the idea of her being 'super' and each attack she performs requires an announcement. When using her mask, she often announces her attack upon launch and contact as being "Super", such as "Mashiro Super Kick!" or "Mashiro Super Cero!" Despite her childish attitude, she does know how to be serious at crucial moments. For example, she has shown that once getting hurt in a battle, she will often remove the childish aspect from her fights; yet still keeping the announcements of her attacks being super. Her willpower seems to be pretty weak though, as she often will give up on things without trying; although in battle proves to be a little more resilient. Although; she is powerful in many of other aspects.

Throughout her lifetime, Mashiro has proven that she is capable of using immense strength even without her mask. This is shown in the Winter War as she is capable of killing a bunch of Gillian class hollows and Hooleer (a giant hollow storing Gillian inside of it) in a single kick. With her mask, this is amplified to even larger realms; proving that she can destroy up to areas of five hundred metres in rubble at a full-powered kick. Against an opponent, her slim structure appears misleading as her body looks rather thin and she wouldn't be able to hold that much power behind her own body.

[b]Enhanced Mobility
Not only has she proved to be really strong in many aspects, she has been able to keep up with many people on a running-speed without relying on her Hoho. Meaning she can constantly jump between targets, for example jumping from one Gillian type hollow to another, landing kicks on them within the instance of less than a second. When it comes to shunpo, Mashiro is capable of keeping up even with the professionals, constantly being un-matched against those of the same tier in terms of mobility and how quickly they can move. A rather interesting feature to have alongside her powerful strength.

Enhanced durability
Along with her intense strength, comes the amazing ability to remain un-injured by a lot of attacks. This has been shown in the Winter War arc when she was thrown through a bunch of buildings, straight through them and was able to emerge from the wreckage relatively unscathed and harmed, only a few minor injuries being on her; such as a bruise of minor cut. When taking a punch from an opponent? she is resilient to much of the pain the comes out with it, being able to take much punishment before finally giving in to pain.

Vizard Powers

Vizard Powers:
Mashiro Super Cero (白スーパー虚閃 (セロ), Mashiro Sūpā Sero): While fighting Wonderweiss, she has shown the ability to fire a very fast lime-green Cero by kicking in the air towards her target. The Cero is wide and follows the arc made by her leg during the kicking motion. The cero itself is said to be amplified in strength as Mashiro has her masked dawned upon her, although the cero itself is no different than to what a normal cero would have compared to a vizard on her level.

Mashiro Super Bala :
The Mashiro Super Bala is said to be similar to that of her super-cero, being a wide arc; except shooting out at almost fifty times the speed of a cero. This goes much faster, although doesn't do as much damage. With her mask called upon her face, Mashiro is capable of shooting it out twice as fast as normal pace with twice the desire power, often bringing up to scale like the cero.

History

Approximately 100 years ago, Mashiro was the lieutenant of the 9th Division under then Captain Kensei Muguruma. She, along with Kensei and the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Seats of her division went to investigate the mysterious disappearances in Rukongai. She constantly complained about the fact that they had to investigate when they had no idea what it was that they were looking for, noting that a vanguard of 10 other investigators were already sent prior to their arrival. Her incessant whining only irritated Kensei, which caused his subordinates to have to hold him back to stop him from attacking her. Kensei plainly told her that she wasn't even asked to come along, and told her to just go home. She responded that she is his lieutenant, so she has to follow him. She then fell down on the ground and went into a temper tantrum, screaming about how hungry she was. Kensei decided to ignore her, but was then startled by a Hollow attack. Mashiro, while not taking part in the battle, found 10 empty Shihakushō close to where the Hollow creature attacked. Mashiro was unable to grasp the significance of her finding the Shihakushō in relation to the mystery of the missing Shinigami.

Kensei immediately realized that the ten empty Shihakushō must have belonged to the ten members of the vanguard originally sent to investigate, and he sent his men to relay the situation and get help. Later, Mashiro is sleeping soundly in the tent, completely at ease despite the day's events, much to the annoyance of Kensei, who couldn't fathom how she was able to sleep at a time of such tension. When Kensei tried to fix her garb so that she wasn't exposing herself, she caught his hand and mumbled, "Kensei, you perv" in her sleep, which made Kensei note that she is even annoying while asleep. Kensei was then alerted by a scream that his team was under attack by some unknown assailant.

When a team of captains and lieutenants were sent out to investigate the disappearance of Kensei's investigation team, Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi, the captain of the 3rd Division, received a devastating kick from behind by a Hollowfied Mashiro, which caused him to hurtle down into the ground below. Shinji Hirako, captain of the 5th Division called out to Mashiro, who took note of him and began to head towards him to initiate another kicking attack, which Shinji blocked with his Zanpakutō. Kidō Corps Lieutenant Hachigen Ushōda showed up just in time to stop Mashiro from attacking Shinji by using Bakudō #75: "Gochūtekkan" to restrain her.
The investigation team gathered after the fight to talk about the situation. At that moment, then 12th Division Lieutenant Hiyori Sarugaki started coughing and became Hollowfied herself. It was then that a darkness fell around the rescue squad and they were attacked by an unseen assailant. After the attack, the assailant was found to be a masked Kaname Tōsen, Kensei's 6th seat, who was acting under the orders of Sōsuke Aizen. It was revealed that Aizen was the one behind the disappearances and Hollowfication experiments.

Just as Aizen gave the order to kill the Hollowfied Shinigami, 12th Division Captain Kisuke Urahara and Kidō Corps Captain Tessai Tsukabishi showed up and saved them from destruction. Tessai briefly engaged Aizen, but his attack was blocked, allowing Aizen, Gin Ichimaru, and Tōsen to make their escape. Tessai proceeded to use Forbidden Kidō to preserve and transport the Hollowfied Shinigami to the 12th Division barracks. In his lab, Urahara tried to reverse the process using his recent invention, the Hōgyoku. However, the use of the Hōgyoku was only partially successful, not having the desired effect of completely ridding the effected Shinigami of their Hollowfication, instead only halting the consummation of their souls by their inner Hollows for the time being.

The next day, Urahara and Tessai were arrested under the orders of the Central 46. The Hollowfied Shinigami were sentenced to execution as Hollows. Before any of their sentences could be carried out, both Urahara and Tessai were rescued by 2nd Division Captain Yoruichi Shihōin, who brought them to a secret underground area.

400 years later...

400 years after the original storyline, Mashiro had been involved and become more of a rogue agent. Whilst she aligns herself with the Vizard Corps, Mashiro tends to stick to that of her old vizard group that existed before the vizard corps was fully created. The old group of theirs? They had all gone their seperate ways, though Mashiro still likes to keep in contact of people such as Kensei and Hiyori, continuing to pester them even four hundred years later after the war had taken place. In this modern day and age, she tries to keep herself up to date with everything going on in the world. This was one of the reasons why she attempted to align herself with the vizard corps, to keep in the loop of everything that is going on. As she was one of the first vizards ever, she liked to be around others of her kind; and often found it to be comforting, like she was at home.

Waaaaah! It's so windy here! The wind blew harshly over the deserted city, it wasn't a very calm day. Mashiro's gaze drew to multiple locations as she raised her right hand to just above her brow, blocking out the sun as her hair became infused with the flow of the wind. Standing there, her pure white, skin tight, outfit seemed to remain still as the orange scarf she always seemed to wear blew with the wind, flowing in a similar fashion to her hair. She had received a report of hollows revealing themselves in this area, although she had question why she was even brought out here in the first place. "Why do they send me here? There's no big bad to fight! The reports were wrong, hmph." Pouting, she'd lower her right hand from being above her brow, now bringing up her left hand to either arm pit and placing her left under her right arm and vice versa. She had came all the way out here to find nothing? What a waste of time that was to her, she thought. She could have been doing something joyful like a raid on a arrancar territory, yet she was stuck here... overlooking a barren city of nothing but empty whistles of wind.

A loud screech echoed throughout her ears, a flash in the sky appearing as black figures dropped out of the sky. Shifting her gaze quickly, a large gaping smile drew to Mashiro's face, mouth open and a sparkle of hope in her eyes. Disappearing into a shunpo, she drew closer to the said area of screech, following her senses. As she arrived, her gaze drew upon five Gillian class hollows, all of them standing taller than a hundred metres. With a wild smirk crossing her lips, excitement seethed through her own body. "Mashiro to the rescue!" Upon saying these words, the green-haired woman would launch straight up into the sky, becoming on eye-level with all of the Gillian that surrounded this area. Once up there, her smile could continue as she raised her hand up above her face, fingers pointed towards her in a claw like fashion. Drawing her right hand down, a pure white mask filled with green energy would materialise in front of her face, reiatsu and her pure power radiating through the air, focusing her vision now on the Gillian in front of her, all of their black and white appearance staying visible.

"Lettttttt'ssssssssssss GO!"Her voice rolled in a hollow-like tone, shooting off from where she was in mid air, a trail of air pressure would be noticeable behind her as she moved so fast with amazing force. Upon reaching the first Gillian, she'd be up above the black hollow and flip mid air, right leg out stretched and planting a quick and precise kick into the mask of the creature, splitting it in half instantly. "Maaaaassshirrrrooooo.... KIIIIICK! The mask split in half upon contact, although the masked shinigami wasn't going to waste time watching her kill disappear into thin air. Flipping herself out of the cracked skull, she'd twist her body to the left mid air, flying directly towards the next hollow, a powerful kick slamming into the side of the Gillian's face, the head being torn completely off from the rest of it's body. Drawing her gaze back to behind her, Mashiro's eyes opene wildly behind the mask as a red aura started to build up and around the mouths of the Gillian. Cero!? The green hair woman hastily worried. Thinking quickly, she'd twist her body from where she was standing, body twisting on the spot, a green aura now building up around her foot. Aiming the tip of her foot at the end of the twirl, Mashiro would say intensly and in an excited tone; "MASSSSHIRROOOOOO SUPEEERRR CERRROO!" From the cusp of her foot, a large green arc of a cero would launch out, not only obliterating the two menos Gillian-class hollows that stood before her, but completely destroying their two combines ceros.

Finally, her gaze drew back to the final Gillian. Her eyes clenched shut, her hands coiled up by her side, body lowered as if she was about to draw a gun. Her stance? Comparable to that of a cowboy about to do a showdown with their guns. Disappearing from her location, she'd appear above the gillian now; already halfway through mid air, spinning as her entire foot was charged with a green reiatsu, pure power radiating off of it. "MASHIRO SUPPPERRRRR KICCCKKKKK!" Upon slamming her right foot into the head of the gillian, it would tear straight through the hollow, completely splitting it in half, right down the middle and even shattering the ground for a few hundred metres after the kick finished. Raising her left hand to her face again, she'd come to a stand and simply wipe away the insect-like mask that covered her face. A big grin covering her face, she'd walk away, legs being pulled high and fists clenched on her waist. A victory was won here today, and she was happy that she could be a apart of it.

Alright, WITH everything filled out she's a 1-1+. I'm not gonna lower her tier for not having things filled, but at the same time she won't have a tier increase after you finish everything. With all that in mind, I'm approving your RP sample.
