Eleven is the clone of a genetic homunculus, created by combining and evolving the DNA of several different Quincy. Both pure blood and mix blood Quincy DNA went into the creation of the original. They were created to be used as soldiers, so while her general physical strength, fitness and durability were enhanced, little to no thought went into the attractiveness of the subject. They were designed to be petite and small, following a philosophy that big things can come in small packages. Besides, smaller females were a bit more cost effective then giant buff males.

Generally she is very petite. Breast size were programmed to be rather flat, seeing as it was far more advantages for female soldiers not to have large, firm breast to ''weigh them down'' as it were. The abdomen tend to remain trim due to a very high metabolism, which was meant to keep them lithe and small. Her arms and legs appear average as far as muscle mass for a female goes, but she tends to be stronger then a normal human due to muscle compression built into her DNA.

She has short purple colored hair, contrasted by seagreen colored eyes. The reasoning behind these design choices is not known. Her general youthful, pixie like facial features are meant to deceive those who she might have to battle, but in the end it is a result of ignorance of the appearance of spirit powered beings seeing as it is not unusual for them to have young appearances.

On the back of her neck is tattooed a barcode, along with the phrase ''would you kindly.'' This is the reconfigure phrase. If spoken by someone other then herself if will cause her memories and personality to be suppressed, allowing the one who spoke the phrase to in effect ''reprogram'' her. She would recognize the speaker of the phrase as her commanding officer, and would carry out their every command until her mental state begins to deteriorate or her personality and memory begins to boil back to the surface.

In the end she is quiet literally the child of every Quincy. Or at the very least the clone of the child of every Quincy.

PERSONALITY SECTION

- Personality:
Eleven's personality is hard to describe as she is both emotionally and mentally unstable. As time goes on both these instabilities will only worsen. Consider this as nothing more then a starting personality.

Eleven is a bit of a romantic, at least she is when it comes to the world of comic books and characters. She often has elaborate fantasies of hero and villain fights. But it is not limited to the hero vs villain side of the comic book world, but also the admiration and respect the hero gets. How they can not only stop tragedies like the Australia war, but also protect peoples way of life.

She tries to give herself an air of mild mannerism. She generally tries to behave in what she expects is an average way. Maybe even a bit to average at times. You could say she tries to have the personality of an office drone, just sort of existing and blinding into the background of society.

Once the mask goes on she becomes what comic books have portrayed as the true persona of a super hero. Courage and loyalty, the corner stones of her strong moral core as the hero. She tries to be a living embodiment of the best of mankinds characteristics when she wears the mask.

Her personality may not sound very complex, but she is not a very complex person. Certainly she has more or a personality then she was ever intended to have, but compared to others she seems a bit boring. Her unhealthy obsession with comics have sort of stilted her growth as a human. Instead of developing her own unique personality she has been simply piecing together bits and pieces of her favorite characters personalities and mimicing them.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

- Background:
October 2413. The continent of Australia becomes an otherworldly battlefield. The souls of men long dead bring their unending war against each other to the realm of the living...as they always seem to do. With no thought to the suffering and death their battles bring, the forces of heaven and hell...soul society and hueco mundo...monsuta and vizard corps...Whatever you choose to call them, they cut into the country of Australia like a hot knife through butter.

The above statement is equal parts fact and opinion as seem by Dr. Keith Zari, a genetic engineer living in Sydney at the time of battle. He believed that the souls of the dead belonged wherever it was they came from, and that their very presence on earth was an eyesore. This view point on top of the fact that countries around the earth opening housed entire armies of ''departed'' souls lead him to start the Pandora box project some 10 years prior to the Australia War.

Funded by parties unknown, the Pandora box project aimed to jump start the evolution of mankind, having been someone stagnated by humans position at the top of the food chain, as well as the presence of spirit powered beings who had forced the awakening of spiritual powers in man. The good doctor believed that the occurrence of spirit powers in humans were a bastardization of their true potential, but also that they were the only way to fight the ever growing threat of the souls that walked the earth.

Using genetic material collected by various means from the humanity sect known as Quincy, he began to use his knowledge of genetic manipulation to force a raw evolutionary change in the DNA. Not only did he snip and stitch together the best qualities of the dozens of samples he had obtained, but also began to add in nanobots to force the DNA to rewrite itself in real time.

The end result were what he called Newtypes. These Newtypes were not really stronger or smarter then the rest of mankind, but they had the ability of hyper empathy. They could sense a persons hostility, mood and feelings without ever meeting them in person. Due to their ability to sense hostility, that killing intent, they had super human reflexes.

The downside of the Newtypes were the fact that they were all mentally unstable. They would start off of sound mind, but as time went on they began to show signs of mental problems ranging from simple learning disabilities to multiple personality disorder to full on sever schizophrenia. Because of this he designed the reconfigure protocol. Upon speaking an activation phrase all of the subjects memories would be wiped, allowing them to be ''reprogrammed' and their mental stability to be reset.

When the Australia war began they were to be rolled out for test runs. This first batch, known as the Number line, were considered expendable but useful to test the effectiveness of Newtypes in actual combat. The project was disbanded as the facility was destroyed in a battle. All Newtypes were lost in the destruction expect for Eleven, who was to be considered the first of the second batch of Newtypes. She had been ''born'' that day.

And so it was that Eleven. found herself in the rubble of the war torn area of Sydney with no clue as to how she had gotten there. The womb she had climbed from, the cloning chamber with its oxygenated green fluid, was powerless and cracked. She was armed only with a high school level education in reading and writing, and a basic knowledge of the otherworldly enemies she had been engineered to fight against.

In the days immediately following the war she found herself in a refugee camp located some 30 miles from the area she had been born just days before. The doctors at the camp diagnosed her with Post traumatic stress disorder, more specifically amnesia brought on by some horror witnessed during the battle.

So she lived in the refugee camp for the next month, working as a volunteer in a bread line. Her life consisted of cooking in the makeshift kitchen and serving the masses of homeless and injured. This continued all along her first month of life until a grateful child gave her his prized comic book for giving him a second helping in the bread line.

Perhaps due to the Newtypes inherent mental instability, she began to lose herself in the world of the comic books. The stories of brave heroes, evil villains, and the side characters that surrounded them. A world where heroes serve and protect the people, and not just their own interest...though sometimes they did that too.

So in her third month of life she began to help scavenge in the ruins left by the Australian war looking for food, medicine and water. When she could get away from the main group she would look for comic books buried in the rubble of stores. She rarely found a book in good condition. and often only found a couple of issues of any one series. It was not the stories she cared about, it was the world and the characters that inhabited it.

Eventually during her scavenging she stumbled on a comic issue 1. This revealed to her that superheros had an origin, and were not simply always the superhero. This lead her to believe that maybe she had powers similar to the heroes and villains in her books. She began to collect cloth to design an outfit as she began to contemplate a new superhero persona.

January, 2414. Her forth month of life. Families separated by the events of the war begin to be reunited. She spent the days full of hope that someone who knew her before the war would arrive. At this point she believed the doctors at the camp who said she was suffering from amnesia. That hope started to fade as the days went by and no body came who knew her. Dejected, she began to lose herself more into the world of comic books.

The next two months were rather uneventful. Slowly the people rebuilt their city, began to leave the refugee camps and restart their lives. Before long she was the only one left. She knew she had to move on now, but had fear as the refugee camp was more or less all she had ever known. It was around that time that she found the final piece for her superhero costume, a simple black mask that lay in the dumpster of a refurbished shop. She decided to leave Australia, traveling to the fabled city of Karakura in Japan. Why she choose to go to Karakura she did not know. Perhaps it was some programming in her mind, or maybe the stories of the city intrigued her. Either way in late March of 2414 she moved to Karakura japan to start a new life.

For the last two months she has been settling down in Karakura city, finding a house and a job as a waitress. She quietly waits to unleash her superhero persona onto Karakura, becoming a defender to the weak.

HUMAN SKILLS INFO

- Human Skills:
Has the ability of super empathy, allowing her to sense the general feelings of everyone in the same area as herself. She can sense a person intentions to do harm to another without actually seeing them. This leads to her having super human reaction speed as she can start to dodge before the attack actually begins.

The downside of super human reaction speed is that the human body can not always react as fast as one starts to react. While she knows the attack is coming from behind without seeing or hearing it, it does not mean her body has the ability to move as quick as the attack is coming.

To put it slimply:
Newtypes have an extremely high degree of focus and spatial awareness, almost a sixth sense. They are capable of empathically detecting other and are sensitive to their hostile intentions , allowing them to uncannily react to their opponents even before the offender carries out the intended action.

She can use her powers to pull characters out of comics. To do so she must first have a comic book in hand, opened to a page featuring a full body image of the character in question.

Once pulled from the comic world into ours, they have free will. This means she can not control the actions of the characters she pulls. This means if she were to summon a character who is cowardly they are likely to run away instead of fighting. If she summons a character that is a villain then they are more likely to fight her or some other villainish act. Summoning a hero and villain simultaneously they are likely to fight each other once one realizes each others karmic allegiance.

Characters also have their own relationships to each other. If she were to summon a hero and villain from the same series then they would most likely battle each other. Even if they some how agree to help each other, they would still have a sever distrust of the other.

She can only have 4 out at a time. They will last until they are dealt a leathal blow or she says the phrase ''Beam back ''character name'' ''

The gunshots echoed throughout the convenience as the two nine millimeter bullets slammed into the ceiling panel. A man wearing a brown trench coat and black ski mask stood in the middle of the small snacks aisle, facing the cash register. In his right hand he held the nine millimeter gun, slowly pointing it towards the red vested cashier. His hands were covered by black colored leather gloves, keeping his fingerprints off the grey colored metal of the gun he held.

He held the gun steadily at the acne scared face of the boy behind the counter. To either side of him were rows of various snacks and candies. Behind him the motors of the drink refrigerator hummed softly as the soft light of the bulbs spilled onto the floor as the light directly above the man went out. ""Open the register and hand me the cash,'' The masked man spoke as he started to walk towards the teen, his black combat boots crunching against a bag of chips that had fallen on the brown colored concrete floor.''Don't make any funny moves or else someone is going to find pieces of your brain in their cigarettes.'' The man said as he used his gun to gesture at the rack of cigarette and lottery tickets that stood just behind the counter.

please be aware that the npcs you make will be approved by those who can approve the npcs. Also be aware that you need to limit the number of npc's you can have out at a time and for how long they can be out.
