For the most part, Shadin was able to inject his spiritual particles and nanomachines into Sou Yuuki's mind while he was under the care of the hospital. With him being in such a critical state after his bouts with Mana Asthavon and Nozomi, he was in a weakened state for Shadin to begin deconstructing him. He tore apart his brain, ejected his soul from his body and began rotting it out and eventually even going on to cease functions of his breathing and heart to kill him.

We discussed this in the xat and we've come to the conclusion that Sou may have to die here.

I'll just approve this as the owner of the character.
The conclusion has reached that Sou will be officially dead, no reformation as a plus, a hell demon or whatever, which his soul shall be eradicated & ceast to exist from here onwards.
