She may had lived in Karakura Central her entire life, but Kazumi couldn’t say she knew the city like the back of her hand. The city was rather large to say the least, and though she had an excellent memory, it didn’t do her any good if she didn’t bother to learn the various locations that made up Karakura. Even if she did know the layout of the entire city, which she didn’t and would be impossible due to hidden crevices that may be littered throughout Karakura, she still would had ended up lost in what appeared to be the less advanced portion of the city. She didn’t exactly know how or why she had ran to the outskirts of the city, seeing that the place was not only dangerous but she was forbidden from going there, but she wouldn’t waste time musing about it either. All she needed to know that she had been so caught up on whatever had been blearing through her headphones that she hadn’t noticed the route she was taking on her daily run and had thus ended up somewhere she wouldn’t had been if she had been paying attention.

She glanced down at her music device, pressing pause before stuffing it into her shirt along with her headphones, putting it in her pockets wasn’t an option since she was wearing the athletic uniform issued by her school, which consisted of black bloomers and a simple white t-shirt with the school emblem embroidered on the right sleeve of the shirt. With her distraction gone, at least for now, Kazumi glanced around the place, attempting to get a general idea of what part of the outskirts she had absentmindedly jogged into and with appearance of the area, she had a bad feeling she had ended up in the very bad part of town. The Slums of the former Karakura was rumored to be a place riddled with crime and it was not the sort of place she should be. Not only because of the crime rate, but also because she had no means of defending herself. Sure she could run, but that could be a huge problem if she managed to get herself even more lost. She didn’t know the streets at all, a huge disadvantage.

Kazumi bite her lower lip, fidgeting as she glanced around once again before beginning to walk. She needed to look like she belonged there and standing around looking like a complete idiot certainly wouldn’t convince people. No, walking as if she knew where she was going did, and hopefully acting like she was use to this area would decrease the chances of people preying on her. But that could only last for so long and she knew it. She could only pray that some soul that didn’t desire to do her harm would realize that she was lost and give her directions back to the city. But, she could only hope.

Big, huge, wide and ever-expanding; these words that described the metropolis of Karakura City. The city had everything you needed: sex, drugs, love, money, action and anything else you could shake a stick out and THEN some. Yes indeed, this was a wicked live city and one of the most spiritually active on the planet. It set the trends, it made the news and its people were RIGHT out of this world.

And as the thaw of spring warmed through the slick back ways of the city's slums, the criminals found it all but a fun thing to come out and play. Mhm, that was it, this weather brought out the most vile of intentions in people. For without the snow to keep the thugs at bay, there was not a single thing stopping these supernaturally charged freaks from running amok in the streets!

Which is why, from two city blocks none too far away from the blonde vixen, the sounds of a robbery were taking place. Smashing forth into a dust ridden liquor store, a group of armed criminals that were apart of an underground circuit of gangs called "Xenocide X"stormed in. Armed with the utmost of vicious intents, the band of crooks were all but for the benefit of robbing this place blind.

Hence, the leader of the Xenocider's barged in first. Covered in all black clothing, his thick combat boots broke the doors off the hedges and dirt spatted on to his crisp, charcoal shaded jeans that were skin tight to the hip. On the back of his military-styled jacket? A lone red X was all that the citizens behind him and his gang could see. Yet, many who lived in the Outskirts of Karakura Town knew to fear these individuals with this attire on.

This gang was known for their tendency to get violent when others opposed them and their nimble speed made it difficult for law enforcement to ever catch them. So, those whom called these slums home learned to fear them; lest they invoke the wrath of these brutes.

For this reason was why the leader stood with a calm air of control in the store. As the wind of the outside breeze blew into the shop, his long and wavy black hair rushed against the current and he let out a satisfying chuckle. With a snap of his fingers, his goons ransacked the place and one of them started utilizing low-level telekinetic powers in order to levitate cash, liquor, food and anything worth of monetary value.

However, not a single soul dared fight back. There were nothing but the elderly and young children in the store. And, with all of them being powerless, they held their hands in the air or outright sprawled themselves on the floor to make themselves surrender to this band of mobsters.

Once the loot was secured, the henchmen were then given orders to run out to the front. It is there where an armored black hover vehicle that resembled a van pulled up. All three of them rushed into the back and loaded all of the goodies inside. Meanwhile, and in between time, the leader and his goons made sure to cover their faces with black bandannas and sunglasses to further bypass the facial recognition systems of Karakura Central.

Unfortunately, one of the frightened children made the mistake of attempting to call for back-up while in the eye-sight of The Leader. With an angered grunt, The Xenocider Head held out his right palm and let out these cold words:

"Didn't your mother ever tell you not to play so carelessly with your toys? Here, let me teach you why."

"PLEASE NO--"

In that quick succession of exchanged words, The Thug unleashed a powerful burst of white energy that annihilated the store. Standing from the entrance door, The Leader made sure that he and his goons were safe from the blast range. As, right before their very eyes, the store became engulfed in a brilliant silver light. Fire spread all throughout the business, windows were blown out, glass was sent scattering for numerous city blocks and part of the building started to give way.

Due to all of these calamitous effects, there were multiple injuries in the store, but due to a freak miracle many of the innocents inside the store were still alive. There were tons of cuts, burns, crushed bones and injuries of that nature inflicted upon them; yet they were sill cling to life. In spite of that, though, they may not be around much longer to tell the tale if no assistance saved them from the raging inferno that was spreading all throughout the store.

So, as fire and ash rose into the sky, the band of thugs took it as their scene to book it. All they would leave in the wake was their infamous "X" logo scene at the doorstep and then their vehicle started speeding away. The operation was a success and their reputation was enforced -- or so they thought, anyway.

[CHANGE TRACK HERE]

But, from down the street where teenage blonde walked, a blue streak of light fell from a skyscraper nearby and hit the van; causing it to turn over and eject all of the thugs out on the street with a hard thud. They were startled, confused and oh so quick to turn angry.

For, out of that burst of brilliant light, a childish figure emerged and gave a feminine laugh to mark her arrival on to the scene. Gawking upwards at this spectacle, The Leader of the group found himself being trifled with by a mere kid with ocean colored hair and a white dress. As those sapphire eyes of hers stared down the raven hued spheres of The Xenocider's Head Man, they all stood and prepared to get real violent with the brat.

"Aye, baka's, stop right there in the name of the law!"

Those were the first cheery words that were echoed out of the icy fairy's mouth. Putting her hands on her hips, the new challenger tightened a blue and white striped cloth belt around her waist and grinned with the utmost of confidence.

"The name is Cirno Iramasha, Elite Iramasha Guardian and Angel of The Ice. You triple baka's are under arrest for all the destruction you all just caused! Prepare to pay!"

With those cocky words uttered, the self-proclaimed Angel put up each of her fist, spread her legs out in an even stance and popped a jovial smirk. For her? It was almost as if she was doing another walk on the beach. While to the Xenociders? They were out for blood.

Thus, when the three sets of icicle shaped wings popped out from behind the girl? THE BATTLE COMMENCED!

Explosions started ringing out and shaking the grounds like an earthquake. Red lights, blue lights and white lights all danced and intermingled across the battlefield down from the high school vixen. These powerful forces of energy clashed against each other with the utmost of force.

Within them? A fierce scarp was being waged. But, it seemed that the tide was turning rather quickly. With a few hard kicks from her sandals? The Ice Fairy seemed to be gaining the upper-hand on the weaker henchmen with swift kicks to their throats, faces and jaws. In one-foul swoop, when the lights faded, the three other grunts were seen being flung back into small, human-sized carters in the street and presumably fainted from the impact.

On the other hand, The Xenocider leader took a few hard punches to the gut and face, but he seemed to fly away from the scene and emerged before Kazumi with the utmost of speed. In order to keep the distance from Cirno, The Head Thug in charge of this operation fired off a dense burst of energy at her that sent the fairy flying into an abandoned car nearby. While there were a few scrapes and bruises, the ice girl wasn't too beat up as her body was quite durable, but she was more concerned for the developments occurring.

Attempting to grab Kazumi and hold her in a headlock, The Xenocider Leader was hellbent on getting out of this and getting his boys safe. So, while Cirno could deduce that she was stronger than the male when it came to raw energy, the desperate fugitive seemed to resort to taking a hostage in order to weasel his way out of being apprehended.

So, to prevent this situation from getting further out of hand, The Fairy Iramasha seemed to contain the other males in ice domed prisons. Further shielded by her own energy, an additional sphere of silver light consumed the frozen containment fields and was meant to secure the scene.

Glancing back at the fires from the store these goons robbed, The Iramasha could also sense faint signatures of life energy in the business. Therefore, there was also that worrying thought in back of her head. And, in response to that, she telepathically called for other Iramasha Guard members in the city to come rushing to the area in order to help the civilians get out of there alive; while she herself would deal with this lone criminal.

Therefore, as Cirno got into a battle stance, the sight of numerous men and women in cloaks was seen down the road rushing into the store to save any civilians they could from the burning blaze. Sirens could be heard in the distance and the circumstance that this thug was in was all but becoming unveiled to him. There was fear beating in his heart, but he wasn't going down like this if he could help it.

"Man, oh man, where the hell you brats mothers? Fuck it, I'll use this hot this bitch for my meal ticket out of here. Get any closer and I'll blow her fucking head off before you can get close."

Sounding gruff, yet shaken up; the male decided to call up his threat by conjuring up a crimson shield of light wherever the head of Kazuma would be at this time; regardless of if she escaped his grasp or not. If she attempted to escaped? He'd aim to outright blow her to smithereens. If she stayed in his grasp? Then he'd hold off on making such brash actions. Either way, he needed her and it was his only way to keep from being decimated by this superpowered freak of a child.

Glancing at the highschooler, Cirno motioned her head towards her and got into a battle stance:

"Aye, baka, relax. You don't have to do that. She has nothing to do with this fight."

If Kazuma could pick up on her body language, Cirno did intend to make a move, but she wanted to make sure that the human was ready for such a thing before making her move. Therefore, the ball was in her court and this crazy day in the slums was about to get a lot more tense. Who would come out on top, The Ice Fairy and The Highschooler, or The Xenociders vicious gang? Only time could tell such a thing.

Kazumi should have taken some form of martial art class when she was young, for if she had, she probably would have been able to remove herself from the headlock she found herself in as well as the scene. In only the span of a couple seconds the eerily quiet streets, she had been traveling down in a futile attempt to find her way back to the city had suddenly become the battlefield for a blue-haired child and several very disgruntled men. They obviously weren’t to please with their van being smashed into by a seemingly cocky child that hadn’t quite hit puberty yet, and seemed bent on teaching her a lesson or two. She watched silently as the battle commenced, eyes taking in the spectacle before her from a seemingly safe distance. It had been fascinating to say the least, but any shred of awe she had was promptly replaced by fear as what had to be the leader decided to take her hostage.

She hadn’t expected for someone to suddenly use her as a bargaining chip, having grown lax as she witnessed the fight and thus unprepared to react to the threat that was now before her. Before she could spin on her heel and run back from whence she came, or duck under his arms and exit center stage left, something she should have done as soon as the fight had started, she had been caught in a headlock. “Unhand me!” Kazumi snapped as she clawed at the man’s arm, attempting to escape from his grasp. But since she was a runner and not a fighter, her attempts were futile and were ignored by her captor. His focus was on the blue-haired child that opposed him and not on the girl who he so casually referred to as a bitch. And she didn’t mind since her concern was now on his threat and the crimson light he had conjured up from, most likely, his energy reserves.

To say that she was afraid would be the understatement of the century, for she had gone far beyond fear and panic, crossing into a state of mind she couldn’t quite describe but left a rather large lump in her stomach. “Er, perhaps you should listen to the blue-haired kid,” Kazumi said, barely managing to not stumble over her words. She was no longer struggling against her captor, wanting to give him little reason to harm her and her eyes were on the angel. Desperation was evident, and she seemed to be silently pleading for the angel to rescue her before she became an abstract blob that would pass for modern art. And though she was scared, her mind somehow found the time to poke holes in the man’s threat, which was poorly constructed. Perhaps mentioning such flaws would work in her favor though she had to calm down enough to actually pay attention to such things. Something which she didn’t think possible so long as the fear-stricken man held that threatening light near her.

She continued to stare at the angel, catching something that she didn’t quite understand, but took as the angel’s attempt to calm her down. And she did, well at least enough for her to think properly. She relaxed in her captors hold as she sighed, taking several deep breaths as she quickly went over several details before putting on a brave front. “Do unhand me, you brute,” Kazumi said, “your threat is, er, inadequate, one hastily put together without so much as a second thought.” She paused, that sounded a bit, er, condescending, but the tone would probably grab his attention. She nodded her head as if affirming the threat to be foolish though it was to communicate to the angel that she may proceed with whatever she had in mind. As to what Kazumi thought the blue-haired child had planned, well she didn’t believe it could worsen her predicament. And though she didn’t know the kid, she could only trust that she would get her out of this in one whole piece.

Artist: Raimais (Arcade) - Song: Main Theme 1 - Word Count: 1543

The sirens were drawer closer by the second as the tension in the area grew further like the utmost peak of a summers hot day. If one member of this chaotic party made the wrong move? It was all over that persons objective. For the blue haired angel? It was the safety of the innocent civilian and defeat or imprisonment of the brute before her. Although for the gangsters worries? Heh, those were all connected to finding method to get out of this mess he was in without facing the same fate as his loyal mobsters. While, at the same time, the concerns for the blonde haired vixen was just getting out of this whole fiasco in one whole piece. Indeed, with all these different desires, it was hard not to come to an apex point.

Therefore, as the highschooler started fighting back, the nerves of the fearsome thug started to heighten and soar like a seven forty seven jet taking off into the heavens above. Thus, this prompted a harsh and quick response to further make his prisoner submissive. A firm, swift and reassuring smack was what he wanted to thwack the teenager with on the right side of her face. Maybe then she would get the picture of what kind of situation she was in and have a greater appreciation, or rather, fear for his power then she already did.

"Christ, you dumb broad, if it was that simple I would have already...!"

There was an ounce of fear and terror held within the tone of his voice. The anxiety was getting to him and he couldn't think straight. While he wanted to indeed beat the tar out of this woman, that would just further add to his rap sheet and make the police more aggressive in pursuing him if he turned this into a homicide. He could outright FEEL the wanted level of his criminal actions raising and the urgency that the cops would no doubt have to capture a violent fugitive. So, there was all the reason in the world to feel this type of fright in one of the most advanced cities on Earth. As, after all, this was the worse places on the planet to make yourself a public threat.

Beyond the eyes of the ground, a billboard upon a building none too-far from them lit up. What did it project on its contexts? Simple: the raven haired image of The Xenocider's face. How was this possible? Due to the fact that Iramasha are capable of telepathically communicating with each other, Cirno had contacted a fellow Iramashsa Guard member whom was on duty in the city. After sharing the imagery of what she recalled to be his face, The Ice Fairy then requested that he infuse this memory into one of the AI computers of the Karakura Central Police Force's computers. After a few minutes, there was a transference of data uploaded into the network and his ugly mug was plastered all over Karakura Central and he was now the next big topic in the news.

Henceforth, from above, there was the sight of a colossal and black hovercraft filled to the brim with some of the cities finest policemen. With their shift aim, they all had steel colored rifles aimed at him. And boy, they weren't packing bullets, either. This was the 25th century, after all, and these big boys had plasma rifles capable of reducing gold to a fine dust. So, there was no telling what one shot might do to this punk.

Therefore, the male was falling further and further into a pit of despair as he started sweating bullets and almost felt the pulsation to vomit in his mouth from all the tension compiling on him like a cancer. However, that is around the same time that he began to hear the words of "surrender" utter from the hostage in his hands. While his anger was brewing, the fear was accelerating and overpowered his otherwise aggressive tendencies. So, he let out a gruff sigh and smacked her once more, but this time with less force than before.

Becoming enraged by this, Cirno felt herself gathering a large sum of energy and prepared to otherwise take this bastard down once and for all whenever a clear shot would open to her. Alas, though, she would hold back her tongue, if not to provoke an uncertain reaction from the male that could otherwise jeopardize the females life. Sure, Cirno could be gung-ho at times, but not at the cost risking someones life. She had seen enough death in the past year or two to have her fair share of grief. So, given that fact, she had no intentions of adding another to list of those maimed or butchered from her ill actions.

Which is why, when the male found himself speaking more and more to his captive, The Iramasha started to realize more and more that this was going to be her chance to strike. Thus, she'd allow him to keep on his act as it was clear to her that the man was allowing himself to become distracted. The stress must've made his brain malfunctioned if he thought he could just chat with his victim while someone like herself was around. That, or he was just plain delusional at this point. And, given the way the brute started to talk, one might think that he was breaking down.

"Fuck you, fuck her and fuck all the others. It wasn't suppose to go down like this! We were suppose to be kings! Dammit, dammit, DAMMIT!"

The male seemed to be eternally pissed that his hasty actions were coming back to bite him in the metaphorical ass. But, who else did he have to blame? If he had just kept under the radar, stopped with the flashy explosions and lowered his infamy; maybe he could have gotten away with his crimes. Yet, as all things do, pride came before the fall. He got cocky. He got arrogant. And it was ultimately these traits that led to his inevitable demise on this dimly lit city street.

For, in a flash of blue light, Cinro saw her chance to pounce and delivered a hard kick to the males face. One strong enough to shatter his jaw, loosen his grip on his victim and send him hurdling across the city block like a tumbleweed in the wind. Blood spewed all over the pavement, the man's yells of pain filled the streets and eventually he came to a hard stop against the backside of an abandoned hover-truck. His face became imprinted into the vehicle like a freshly made stamp and his body soon slumped over as if he were a lifeless doll. Indeed, this whole scene may have been quick, but it definitely felt like an eternity for Cinro to await for that opportunity to otherwise save this pretty little''gal.

[STOP PLAYING THE YOUTUBE BAR AND PLAY THIS ONE]

And it is for this reason that The Angel Iramasha then turned her attention to Kazumi and inspected her body to make sure nothing was out of place. Pokes started at the woman's thigh, ran themselves up to her stomach and eventually past her breast and face. The Ice Fairy seemed mystified, confused, but overall, strangely relieved. Well, not strangely. More like, appropriately. As given the context of her mind, it was a load off her shoulders to otherwise see that her heroic intentions managed to save the life of an otherwise innocent person. As, given how many ways this could have gone south, having managed to avoid getting this girl butchered across the pavement as a definite plus in her book and meant to be jotted down as a success.

But, where there is success, there is indeed failure. So, consequently, the unconscious body of The Xenocider gang-member was then scooped up by police as they descended from their aerial craft in the sky and put the male in handcuffs. The area was then deemed secured and it seemed that both official members from the Iramasha Guard and Karakura Central police force were finishing up details in order to make an a recorded statement about this incident As, at this point, the media was approaching this vicinity and they had oddles of questions for all those who were involved.

Since, unknown to Cirno and Kazumi, the entirety of this turbulent mess had been recorded by a lone reporter in a building nearby and she was very impressed with the way the situation was handled. Thus, as the police tape started to fill the area, the reporter was seen none too far from them attempting to get closer, but The Ice Fairy paid no mind to it for now. As, at this point, she was nothing more then a blur in the back of her head. Instead? The former hostage was of much more interest to The Ice Fairy.

Hence, she'd ask her one simple question:

"What the heck is a wimp like you doing a dangerous area like this!?"

Shouting for the whole to hear, Cirno flailed her arms from bewilderment and awaited for the girl to give her the response she so desired.

“W-wimp!” That had been Kazumi’s indignant response to the blue-haired child’s question, the blonde not appreciating the fact that she had been called a wimp. She was grateful the fairy had saved her, don’t get her wrong, but that didn’t mean she was okay with being insulted, especially when she believed she had conducted herself like any other powerless person would. She refrained from throwing a few choice words at the fairy, it was bad enough that she was there, she didn’t need to add being beyond childish to the list of things the media could capture. You’re a Sakurai, act like one. That had been the thought that ran through her mind and after taking a deep breath, she forced herself to calm down before addressing her savior once again. “One, I am not a wimp,” she said, extending her index finger out of habit. “Two, if you take a look at my clothes, I would assume it be obvious what I was doing out here,” she said, extending another finger. “And do know I had no intentions of coming to this part of town, it just happened.” She paused for a moment, placing her hands on her hip as she shook her head.

“Honestly, the question should be what a kid like you are doing here? Don’t get me wrong, I am very happy you saved me, but I am curious. So… explain.”

Woefully Lost [Open] Empty Re: Woefully Lost [Open]

Fri Jun 12, 2015 9:09 am

Artist: Manabu Namiki - Song: Battle Garegga - Word Count: 1118

After calming down from her initial shouting, Cirno lowered her arms and let out a slight giggle. She may have overreacted a bit, but she felt that it was out of concern for the human's well being and thus was justifiable in the fairy's point of view. While keeping her icy stare fixated on the blonde vixen, it was apparent enough to The Angel that the woman was quite bewildered at the response she received. And, upon seeing that, Cirno started to question her own choice of words as well. Wimp may not have been the best choice of words, but maybe lightweight is?

Beep, boop, bop. The eyes of The Angel Girl soon dimmed and grew vacant; as if nobody was home up in that little brain of hers. At this point she felt like a bit of an ass, but she shook her head and the vibrant glow of youth returned to Cirno's face as she snapped her fingers and prepared to comeback from her mistake.

"Waaaaaaaaah, sorry miss. Ya' just looked like a...lightweight....yeah...that's it!"

Her was Voice filled with uncertainty at first. However, there was a sense of sincerity about her apology intermixed her childish mannerisms. While her eyes moved in every which direction but right, she wasn't quite sure how to articulate it until the very end.

"A lightweight in a sea of heavyweights!"

With exclamations of urgency filling her voice, Cirno then rose her right arm in the air and hollered out her worry for the human before calming down once more and catching her breath.

"Aye just didn't want to see you hurt because people here are vicious, evil, wicked and mean and all other yucky things you can imagine."

At this point, The Angel's voice seemed to soften as she expressed her earnest intent. While, at the same time, the non-stop flow of energy seemed to ooze out of her voice as she started mulling on about the citizens of The Slums. But, when Kazumi started rambling on herself, Cirno took it as a cue to hush up for a bit and listen.

When the highschooler started stating that Cirno should take a closer look at her attire, the starry blue eyes of The Iramasha blinked for a moment before they started eyeing her up and down. From the look of her jogging clothes, The Angel assumed that she was out trying to train -- or something like that. So, with that much inferred through her point of view, Cirno snapped her fingers and made her own self-proclaimed discovery: she wanted to get stronger! She needed -- a master!

Hence, with all of that deduced, a sly smirk eased over The Angel's face and those purely whites seemed to shine as bright as the sun at that point. But, even that glow failed to compare to the intensity of anticipation that was burning with Cirno as her wings started to flutter in a frenzy. Now was going to be her chance to embark on taking in a pupil and she wouldn't miss it!

"OHHHHHHHHH, I seeeeeeee. You are training and I bet you were on the way to finding someone strong, right? Well, look no further! You've found your new instructor right here!"

So, as The Angel of The Ice pointed her own right, frozen finger tip back at Kazumi, the tone of her voice came off as more jovial, if with a bit of smugness smudged in between well-meaning intentions. With her left thumb, Cirno pressed it against her chest and puffed it out as she continued on with her outburst:

"I'll take care of you and make sure you are nice and strong to take out any nasty bad guy!"

Snickering with gleeful emotion, The Icy Fairy paused for a few moments and awaited to see what the response of the human girl would be. Was she going to accept? Or would she tell Cirno a lie and decline the training? Even though, in the mind of The Iramasha, it was all but apparent that she wanted to get stronger. Why else would she be wearing combative gear?

Alas, however, it seemed that the girl had questions of her own. As Cirno put her hands on her hips, she listened to The Blondie's inquiries before rubbing her chin and squinting her eyes as if she were thinking of something difficult. After a few moments, The Angel nodded her head and decided to divulge why she was here easily enough.

"One, aye am not a kid, baka. I'm 100 years old!"

Nodding her head with a sense of superiority, the pride was beaming across the child's face as her grin grew larger. Maybe now this woman will take her a bit more seriously, since it's what Cirno herself would do if confronted with elder members of her own species.

"Second, I'm here on official Iramasha business! There has been a lot of bad incidents popping up across Earth and the Soul Society. So we've been beefing up patrol and trying to help out the humans, Shinigami and other races that live in these wacky places. It's why I said you should be careful because there are lots of baddies around these part that can kill you if you aren't careful, miss!"

Then, as if she forgot her house keys, Cirno felt a sense of dread in her gut and slapped her forehead. She forgot to introduce herself and explain what branch of the Iramasha she was apart of! HOW AMATEUR! This mistake must be corrected post-haste!

"OH! And my name is Cirno Iramasha: First Elite Guardian of The Iramasha Guard. It's a pleasure to meet ya, Goldie Locks!"

Going back to her inspection of Kazumi, it appeared that Cirno dubbed her a nickname after getting a better look of her appearance now that the tension had died down somewhat. Of course, this was in good spirit. In fact, this was almost a subconscious response as there wasn't too much focus in her conscious mind about that title. It simply meant that this person was good and The Angel could relax around them.

So, with the ice broken by the fairy, Cirno held out her right arm and went to shake Kazumi's hand.

"Now, tell me, what's your name and who do you belong to as well! You must be apart of some fancy group or something if you are out here trying to train. Oh, and do you want to get out of here? It's getting kind of crowded!"

And with that, Cirno sealed the deal and wanted to find out more about her potential student to get to understand her better. Thus, the ball was now in Kazumi's court!

Sakurai, Kazumi

Well, Kazumi couldn’t say her saviour was wrong since the blue-haired child was technically right. She was out and about training, but not necessarily for the reason the child may have jumped to. She scratched the corner of her mouth with her index finger. Her gaze shifted to the right as she chuckled nervously. She was still fully aware of the crew around her and she wished to leave before they got anymore footage of her, but she didn’t really know how to leave the Slums and she didn’t want to be rude. Besides, she was going to be in trouble when she got home anyways, may as well savor her last hours of freedom before she was grounded.

She fidgeted as she turned her attention back to the blue-haired child, eying her closely as she considered rather or not she should correct the child. There was nothing wrong with the conclusion she had probably come to, but Kazumi felt like straight up telling that she was training for an upcoming track event would be better. Sure, she would probably burst her bubble, but it was better than pretending she had been doing something she wasn’t. Yet, as she began to answer the child, another thought raced through her mind. Perhaps she should take the blue-haired girl on her offer. Kazumi didn’t like feeling helpless and though she didn’t know when she would ever be able to apply whatever the angel taught her, she felt like it was better to be trained so that she was capable of defending herself next time instead of being a damsel in distress.

She inhaled sharply as she leaned on her left leg, folding her arms across her chest as she continued to stare at the girl. Her father wouldn’t like it, but it wasn’t like he needed to know. What he didn’t know wouldn’t hurt him nor get her into trouble. “Er. Not the kind of training you were thinking about, but I could use some, um, self-defense lessons.” She smiled, though she felt like it would look a bit awkward from the angel’s point of view. She shifted her weight onto her right leg and fidgeted once again as she listened to the angel speak.

Kazumi was surprised when the kid stated that she had lived an entire century already. She quickly did the math in her head as she continued to listen - the blue-haired kid had eighty-six years on her, by the way. She knew what a Shinigami was and obviously a human, but she wasn’t really sure what an Iramasha was. She wondered if she had ever heard of them and after a minute decided that this was the first time. She made a mental note to ask the kid about that when she was done talking since there was no one better to ask than her. Right?

Kazumi tilted her head to the side as she watched the angel slap her forehead, raising an eyebrow in both amusement and curiosity. The action was immediately followed by an introduction in which Kazumi learned the name of the angel as well as her position, though the latter really meant nothing to her thanks to her lack of knowledge about the Iramasha. She took note of the nickname Cirno had bestowed upon her and decided she had no problems with it, at least not at the moment.

With Cirno having introduced herself, Kazumi knew that it was her turn before the angel had said so. She shook Cirno’s hand as she spoke, “Sakurai Kazumi. No group, just a track team.” She smiled at the angel. “I would love to get out of here. Er, while we get out of here you can tell me about the Iramasha.”

THE ANGEL OF THE ICE

Cirno Iramasha
聖フェアリーガール

Song: THE MOON - Artist: PARAGONX9 - Words: 732

It seemed that things were mostly settled between the two parties. Granted, the blonde vixen before the Angel of The Ice seemed more than nervous about the whole ordeal. And that was something which Cirno obviously picked on. With a tilt of the thread, the little Iramasha couldn't figure out why the taller one was so scared and nervous. Was it because they were being filmed? Maybe she was sick? If she was sick, maybe she could give her some medication so she didn't look like she was two seconds away from puking out her guts.

Whatever the case may be, Cirno would be satisfied if she just said yes to her questions and they could get this show on the road! That would make her the most happy, at least. So instead of talking like an unending stream of water, The Fairy Girl decided to let the other party get a word in edge wise and she let Kazumi begin to start talking. While doing so, The Guardian of The Ice placed each of her hands on her hips and nodded her head in a way that spoke, with body language, "Mhm. Uh-huh. Gotcha." as the tracker runner explained that she was interested in self-defense lessons.

Annnnnnnnnnnnd -- that's precisely what she wanted to hear! Maybe it was not the ideal way that The Angel of The Ice wanted to hear, but it was still a yes in her mind and she grinned with the most genuine and happy of intents at that answer. Therefore, she'd give a thumbs up of approval back at Kazumi as she seemed to otherwise accept what was going to happen.

"Don't worry, miss! I may look like a baka, and even a child, but I'm sure I can help you learn some things to keep crazy guys like that gangster from harming you so easily! I promise. And if I fail that promise...then I just hope to die! Hehehe~"

And with that, the frozen Iramasha youth placed her right fist over her chest and swore on her life that she would do her best to help train the human for whatever she was interested in. After all, it was the Iramashsa duty to help out the world around them. So, if Cirno were able to successfully train Kauzmi, then she would be doing one little part to help the world. And, out of everything else, that is all Cirno ever wanted to do. As, in her frame of mind, this was perceived as a good act and she wanted to commit as many of these good-will acts as possible to make the world a happier place!

However, her conscious mind shifted back to that of reality when Kazumi returned the girl's handshake. In this way, she'd give a more comfortable smile and nod her head towards her new companion after she introduced herself to Cirno. It was always good to make friends and The Angel of the Ice was truly happy for this introduction.

But -- they needed to really get out of here -- and fast. There were too many reporters coming and Cirno truly didn't want to be bothered by them. Therefore, she'd grab on to her golden haired friends right hand and speak these energetic words to her:

"I'll take you to the Iramasha Settlement. It is an island that is not too far from this Japanese place. I'll be teleporting us and we can begin our training there!"

And in a joyous voice, the girl summoned up a large volume of energy. Following that, a burst of blue light engulfed her and Kazumi. Then, whether she was ready or not, The Angel of The Ice would attempt to do a chaos warp. This was a racial ability of the Iramasha that allowed them to transport themselves between and within worlds through teleporation outside of combat. Ergo, Kazumi may see nothing but a bright white light before being sucked into a vortex of pure azure blue speed with the childish Iramasha in hand.

Hopefully -- she was ready for the adventure of her life. As where they would end up next would be a treat!

[EXIT THREAD; WILL MAKE A NEW ONE ON IRAMASHA SETTLEMENT BOARD]
