Personality

- Personality: A natural born hunter, Liacaru is often on the prowl. Endlessly searching for hollows to devour, he generally keeps to himself unless engaged in combat. Calm and composed, his is known to show little to no emotion. A drifter, he cares not where he must go. Alone, he shows no concern for friends or family. His need to hunt dictates his way of life.

When deprived of food, his calm demeanor begins to fall. Fear of reverting back to a mindless monster when underfed, contrasts his usual collected thought. Though he is not used to companionship, he harbors no ill will to others. Logic dictates his actions, as every day is a race against the clock for his endless quest for hollows. Killing his prey is all that matters, be it necessary to fight, or cooperate, with others.

A small feral gray and blue fox like creature. Standing at 2'04ft tall, he is both lightweight and diminutive in size. Bones cover his front legs, back, and forehead serving as moderate armor.

A lithe anthro fox that stands at 5ft tall. A hole occupies where it's heart would be. Similar to it's smaller form he bares bone armor throughout his gray and blue form.

LV3/Overfed
A tall and built anthro fox Standing at 10'7ft, he bares a long blue mane with an enormous glowing bead tied into a ponytail at the end. A set of feathered wings and a long slender spade tipped tail extend out from his back side. His hands, and feet consist of enormous claw like fingers.

A skill that allows the user to project his thoughts, feelings, or imagination, outward via the 5 senses in an area of effect within a spiritual dome. Said dome attempts to form psychic between Liacaru and those who reside within it. The ability can be used to display messages, or share thoughts with allies as well as to trick the opponent with false information within its vicinity. Do to the area of effect based nature of this move, it may be escaped by leaving it's maximum range. Those who suffer from sensory impairments, can be given artificial means of seeing, hearing, and feeling, via Lia's own perceptions instead.

Spiritual Absorption:
Liacaru can feed on one's soul or spiritual energy by consuming Reishi within the air. This process consists of inhaling residual energy similar to taking a breath. This technique is very effective against beings weaker, or equal to Liacaru in strength. Passively, those who stay close to him for extended periods of time have there spiritual power, and physical stamina drained, which can then be used to invigorate his own.
Against more powerful tiers of opponent, the effects would be so subtle, that it would be extremely difficult to notice.

The closer Liacaru is to his targets or the more spiritual energy an opponent radiates, the more effective the process becomes. Aside from residual spiritual energy concentrated attacks can also be absorbed as well via Liacaru's mouth. Alternatively, if he is able to remain within melee proximity of a target or targets, he can focus his feeding directly from their spiritual power, and less so on the residual in the air, increasing the burden and effects of being drained to highly detrimental levels, as well as greatly increasing his own stats based on the type of opponent that was drained.

This process of feeding can be used as an alternative to slow the rate in which he must consume hollows in order to maintain his form.

Recollection of the fallen:
Any physical creature that is devoured, or any spiritual entity that is fully or partially absorbed, allows Liacaru access to their memories. Skills that are learned through study or practice can then be mimicked using another's knowledge as his own asset.

Mirrored Reflection System:
Mirror Wall:
A large flat wall that reflects the force of attacks back towards the attacker.

Mirrored Dome:
A blue barrier that can be maintained in various shapes and sizes. It does not block attacks, but instead reflects the force outwards towards the direction of its arracker. It can be spawned directly around Lia, or at a range.

Attacks fired from within the dome that are attempting to leave will instead instantly reflect back towards it's own center, some times reflecting within multiple times like a ping pong ball.

Name: Spirit Wall (Variant: Absorption)

Description: This move can create multiple walls of spiritual energy simultaneously from any position within a 500 meter range of the caster. It's maximum height and length range from 50 meters high and 50 meters long. This acts as a barrier to defend against attacks like Ceros. Because of Liacaru's innate ability to siphon energy from others and make himself strong, some of that ability shows here in this defensive wall, allowing him to take 1-5% of the force of ANY attack and convert it into Hollow energy. This particular ability takes an entire post to complete after the attack hits the wall. This wall also can protrude an endless amount of tendrils from the wall and latch onto things, sapping energy from whatever it latches onto, maximum range of each tendril being 10 meters. This has a 4 post cooldown.
At 2 tiers above it, it will barely stop the attack, if at all.
At 1 tier above it, it will withstand the attack for one post, already cracking. The next post will fully destroy it.
At the same tier, it will withstand two full attacks before cracking, the next attack will destroy it.
At 1 tier below it, it will withstand four full attacks before cracking, the next two attacks will destroy it.
At 2 tiers below it, it will withstand six full attacks before cracking, the next three attacks will destroy it.
At 3 tiers below it, it will withstand eight full attacks before cracking, the next four attacks will destroy it.


Name: Enigma Slice (Variant: Absorption)

Description: The user of this technique will lift one of their legs, using their other leg as a strong base while they twist themselves slightly to rise their leg as high as possible. A release of spiritual energy is added to this technique, releasing clearly visible remnants of silver energy from their legs and their feet to appear in the exact trajectory that the leg travels for several seconds before disappearing. The energy wave is as long as the leg can swing upward and stays solid for 2 seconds (2 posts). Because of Liacaru's innate ability to siphon energy from others and make himself strong, some of that ability shows here in this technique, allowing him to take 5-10% of the force of any attack or 10% of the spiritual energy from any person it directly hits and converts it into Hollow energy to receive it as. The absorption of energy into himself is instant. This has a 2 post cooldown.(edited)
Name: Desert Fox: Enigma Blade (Variant: Absorption)
Description: The user of this technique will bring their arms back before quickly slinging both of them forward. The true nature of this technique will be revealed, and when it does, will release clearly visible remnants of royal blue spiritual energy from their arms in a perfect buzz saw like form to travel in whichever direction the user chooses in front of them. (For example, the user may wish for the wave to travel forward or travel into the sky to attack an aerial opponent) The energy wave is 5 meters long and can travel 25 meters in front of or above the user. This wave will strip a chunk of the opponent's soul out of their body, expelling it from them to float and dissipate in a matter of seconds. If desired however, Liacaru can absorb both these fractions of soul bits as well as spiritual energy still dormant, in the opponent by 5% per energy blade, converting it to hollow energy. Three of these can be shot per post.
Name: Signature Suppression
Description: This technique allows the user to suppress the spiritual energy signature that they give off, making themselves completely undetectable through 'aura', 'ki', spiritual energy, and the likes if they're not using any other spiritual related techniques. Due to the effectiveness of this move, they will be able to use in a stealthy manner if another person doesn't have other means to find out their presence. Once activated, this technique is continuous until either purposefully turned off or another spiritual technique is performed, interrupting this one.

One post cooldown, and lasts six posts.

Name: Shapeshifting

Description: This allows him to instantly shape his appearance into someone else or an older on younger version of current appearance. The user acquires others appearances by seeing them less than twenty feet away at any angle for at least ten seconds, however this method will allow the shapeshifting to last for ten posts. Also, being subject to strong emotions or pain makes it harder for him to maintain the appearance. After losing it, he cannot use that appearance unless he sees the same person again.
This ability has a six post limit and a one post cooldown.

Enhancement film:
Personal shield:
A small blue barrier that encases the body in a skin tight film. While on the user it attempts to greatly reduce damage taken, as well as highly enhance one's physical size and form. This technique pools from the amount of energy that Liacaru has absorbed. While active, all of Lia's body gains blade like properties allowing him to slice through flesh and clash with blades using his bare form. If someone is on a higher level then Liacaru, and he manages to absorb the spiritual energy, or an attack from said person, Enhancement film then allows him to fight on there level for a temporary amount of time. During this enhanced state, Liacaru's physical appearance and mass change to better manage the increase in power.

If Liacaru would suffer a fatal blow, the film can be sacrificed instead instantly removing any boosts gained.

Character Background

- Background:
Deep within the vast desert of Hueco Mundo, a vicious cycle continues. A cycle of cannibalization in order to achieve a higher being amongst the boundless sea of mindless monsters. A rare commodity, hollow against hollow, a divergent from the collective known as predator to prey. Feasting upon its own kind, a fox, an Adjuchas, is born. No memories of his past to recollect, and no set plan for the future, Liacaru choses to feast in the present, in hopes that he may grow.

Hunting is all he knows. Feasting is all he strives for. Mentally exhausted of his own prolonged boredom, he began hunt and strive for more. Eventually, even eating lost its thrill. What was once wild sessions of feral rage, grew to become rather calm and swift deliberate strikes. Feeding grew into a repetitive chore, but it was then as morale began to fade, the unthinkable came to be. A Gillian was nothing Liacaru hadn't seen before, but what proved to be a massive shock, was the rift, the portal it bore open into another world. Giving chase to his meal, denying it any chance of slipping free, he happily leaped after his prey, eager to leave behind the baron emptiness of the world he once knew.

"Hmmm..." The small fox scowled as he laid along the sands. Everything was so silent, so still, it could drive a man mad. Empty plains spanned out in every direction, a desert, a field of endless feast or famine. It was easy to just give in to doubt or depression, to sit there and regress, and yet the very prey that Lia devoured, served as a reminder of why he must continue. "Ugh...look at them...disgusting..." The Adjucha whispered under its breath before standing on its paws once more.

He could see them, a group of Gillian, lurking in the distance. Seemingly, there wasn't a shred of thought or resolve in those wretched creatures. Creatures that he considered vastly beneath him. Seeing such a thing reminded him of what he must never become. Quickly, the small fox made a mad dash forward. His light steps and swift form was a blur along the sands, and yet he didn't make a sound. Mouth open wide, he prepared to attack his much larger foe, then it happened.

It was then, one of the Gillians began to lift its arms into the air. With a tug of it's bony arms, seemingly out of nowhere, a portal appeared. Like a rip in space itself, it truly was an anomaly. One after another, the monsters shifted there way inside, as if to elude his pursuit. "Oh no you don't..." Leaping into the air, Lia latched on to its side with a bite of his sharp fangs. Clung to the massive creature, Liacaru followed through to the other side. Suddenly, he was bombarded with sights and sounds the likes of which he had never seen. Eyes wide in shock, ears perked, his jaw nearly gaped open causing him to fall.

What was this place? The fox wondered to himself in awe. He didn't have much time to think as the city below already began to suffer at the hands of the hollows. Snapping out of his state of wonder, he steadied his resolve. This was a hunt, not just for his own sake, but for the sake of protecting this new found place in which he hoped to explore! Somehow, even though it was the same old pray, knowing there was more at stake than just his own hunger, suddenly made everything mean so much more.
