Information: Following the events which led up to the moon having a hole blown into it, The Angel Of The Ice, Cirno Iramasha, has reportedly utilized some form of angelic miracle to otherwise restore the surface of the moon. Additionally, there are reports coming in that many millions of lives are being restored for those who were caught up in the initial blast. Although not every last one was able to be saved, roughly half are reported to have been restored by Cirno.

Waves of bright white light can also be seen as a result of this holy aether being spread throughout the moon. A sense of calm, restraint and serenity have been reported throughout the moon to prevent mass hysteria. And, many beings are reporting a sudden increase in power from this aether that is being released. As, according to a mass transmitted message, this was her intent:

"I am Cirno Iramasha: The Angel of The Ice. I stand before you all to say we will not fall to the dark. I will not let this planet and it's people simply die without a fight. I ask that all people who are capable of raising their fist against these elements of the night -- fight. I do not believe it will be easy in the slightest, but if I want to prove anything with this, it's that miracles can happen and the world does not have to be this way. So please, do not give into this dismay and fight against this chaos. Please."

This was broadcasted to the moon and the earth by mass telepathy.

It was also reported that Reimu Iramasha had shown up to the moon shortly after and restored some of the bases and assisted in restoring another thirty percent of lives lost in the general war itself.
