Tsugiro has a very dark grey mop of hair, which is rarely left out of it's short ponytail, that reaches down below his neck. He is tall and lanky, and has a cold and calculating aura around him, his right eye making that image complete. While his left eye is cold and blue, his right eye is a bright red that appears to see into your soul, a result of heterochromia. Both eyes seem to glow with an intimidating aura as well - and they glow brighter the more power Tsugiro has... If his eyes aren't glowing very brightly, his strength will be far lower than it could be.

Personality: Cold, calculating and evil. That's the aura that Tsugiro gives off. Of course, that's completely wrong. Totally and literally wrong. No matter what sort of aura he gives off, Tsugiro will be completely the opposite.

Women, women, women, PANTIES. That's what Tsugiro generally thinks about. An incurable pervert and womanizer, the only reason he has generally failed with them is the fact that he's kinda creepy about things when push comes to shove. He'd enjoy nothing more than spending a day looking up skirts, but he's never actually managed to get that far, and has been arrested... several times.

His other favourite thing to do is to mimic people. 'His other favourite thing to do is mimic people'. He usually does it to annoy them, and to get them to lower their guard or do something stupid. Anyway, as I was saying, his mimicry annoys most of his enemies, and a lot of his peers as well.

But all of that, of course, belies a more serious and intelligent man, a side that Tsugiro rarely shows to anybody but his superiors. His mind is like a computer in it's processes, and throughout his life he has studied the small quirks that occur between different and similar types of Reiatsu, including the instant naming of Reiatsu-types. He can instantly memorize almost anything he is told, and remember it up to years afterwards. Unfortunately, this has given him a slight complex, and he now trusts his own memory far too much.

Yes, he's perverted. Yes, he's mean. Yes, he's always in competition with the first guy to annoy him. But he also thinks that people deserve to be treated equally, no matter what the conditions may be. His respect for all other races is due to this want for equality, and he gets offended if anybody is called "trash", even if they deserve it and he's just misunderstood the situation.

Background: Angels and Demons... that is what the Iramasha are. When you die, you may go to Soul Society. Or you may transcend your own form, and become a greater being. This is what happened to Tsugiro. His life was unimportant, in fact he died just after childbirth. Not a stillborn, just... took one breath, and died. He was brought away from the Human World, and his still-pure mind, unlike most, simply transcended from humanity into divinity. He became an Angel, and was taken into the Iramasha Clan.

His life after that was spent learning and developing. His life was never that eventful, and as he grew in strength, he felt the need to learn more about the world. His mind developed further, and he eventually gained his first form as an Angel. This was a source of great pleasure to the young man's mind (young being about 450), and he doubled his efforts to earn Golden Angel.

The problem then arose. It was impossible for him to earn. Nothing he did worked. Even when he combined efforts with his Seishin Buki, Rei, he couldn't ever do it. Until he discovered the other method. A Custom Angel, something that he himself could create for himself. A way for him and his Seishin Buki to join forces and show their true strength.

As he developed it, he found, with disdain, that it changed him into a woman. Of all things... No, it was nothing. It was simply an obstacle, it just meant that the will of Rei was powerful, and that was something that he appreciated. As he grew in strength, the bond between he and his powers grew, and he found himself in a position of power, having taken it with the best interests of the Iramasha in mind. He would become a healer...

Seishin Buki Name: Rei (lit. Ghost)

Seishin Buki Appearance: Rei... takes an unusual form. While it is normally in the form of a special pendant, it only takes that form for portability. To be used at any strength, Rei must be released to her human form. To achieve this, Tsugiro must rip off this talisman, and throw it to the ground, causing a red circle to appear around it, and summon Rei's human form. In her human form, Rei takes a young, slim curvy and feminine appearance, wearing similar clothing to Tsugiro, but a skirt instead of pants. Her eyes are also the same, in both their colour and brightness-levels. Rei's red eye, on the other hand, is hidden by a black patch with a skull on it. Her hair is a dark blue colour, tied up into a messy bun behind her head.

Seishin Buki Abilities:
Opening the Doorway - Rei, in her human form, is able to touch any solid wall or door and focus her own Reiatsu in a large shape, creating a temporary, non-corporeal doorway for Tsugiro to pass through - but nobody else. The reason that Tsugiro is able to pass through these doorways that Rei creates is because his own Reiatsu is in tune with her's, and the mix of her Reiatsu and the solid molecules allow his own spiritual particles to pass through unabated. This only lasts for one pass-through, and then it has to be re-created. There are unlimited doorway creations available, but each creation takes one post to create before it can be used.

Dual-Blade - To use this ability, Rei must take off her eyepatch. The pair clutch hands together, before creating a pair of swords for each of them by slowly pulling their hands apart and focusing their Reiatsu into the gap. This increases the pair's attack strength and speed, but reduces Rei's defensive capabilities and Tsugiro's evasive reflexes. This creation takes half-a-post.

Dual-Cannon - To use this ability, [Dual-Blade] must be active. The pair suddenly turn and attack each other, clashing swords together. A short, planned skirmish causes Tsugiro to suddenly take the upper hand, and cut Rei in two, causing her to revert back to her pendant form. Before she has the chance to completely revert, Tsugiro takes the pendant, and fires a concentrated blast of Rei's remaining Reiatsu in a form similar to that of a Cero. After this, Rei is unable to be summoned in the thread.

Powers: Tsugiro's basic powers are based around the concept of non-corporeal manipulation. He is able to change his form into that of a literal ghost, and move through any solid object of his choice.

Quick Jab - Tsugiro changes his hand into a non-corporeal object, and reaches into anything that he chooses. He is able to change any other object within the original object into a non-corporeal form, and remove it. Although this seems to be a powerful ability, it is unable to remove anything that would threaten the life of the object, if it lives, or the structural integrity of the object, if it is inanimate.

Full-Ghost - Tsugiro changes his entire body into a non-corporeal object, causing himself to become a "Ghost", of sorts. Once he has changed into this form, he immediately becomes unable to be touched by any solid object. This has it's limits, however. He cannot move from the spot he originally used the ability upon, lest he fall through the ground. He can move his body in place, but he cannot manipulate solid objects. He can try to speak, but he is unable to be heard. He is simply there, impervious to harm, but unable to do anything else. He is still susceptible to energy-based attacks, and although he won't be damaged by it, he is immediately reverted back to his solid form, and stunned for a post.

Angel Form Appearance: Once he has ascended, Tsugiro... doesn't change. There is no magical transformation, no sudden rapture of beauty. Nothing happens, or so you think. In fact, the changes are all subtle, and only the real trained eye can spot them. Tsugiro's body becomes slightly more transparent, and glows with a soft yellow tint. His eyes also lose all colour, and their irises begin to glow brightly. Other than this, nothing else about Tsugiro appears to change.

Angel Form Abilites: The only abilities that Tsugiro gains from his Angel Form are an increase in his strength, speed and defense.

When in this form, he is also able to summon Rei once more, even if he's already used [Dual-Cannon] once in the thread. He can use all of her abilities for one last time in the thread.

Custom Form Appearance Once Tsugiro activates his own custom angel form, he finally takes on an angelic appearance... But things also change slightly for the worse. While he takes on a form that is more reminiscent of an angel, it also changes his gender, fusing his own and Rei's forms together. They look nothing like their original form.

To activate his Custom Angel Form, Tsugiro takes off the necklace once more, and holds it up to his chest, creating a bright light which envelops Tsugiro. A shadow form of Rei shows, before fusing itself to his body. Once the dust has cleared, the angel is shown. In this form, Tsugiro is of two minds, and refers to their collective entity as "Sashiki Rei", and "us" or "we", rather than "I" or "me".

Custom Form Abilities:

Full-Ghost V2 - This ability is almost exactly the same as Tsugiro's original [Full-Ghost] ability, however he is now able to move, due to the fact that his Angel Form comes with the ability of flight. He still cannot touch the ground, or any other solid object for that matter, and all the limitations on what can and cannot injure him still apply.

White Wind - This ability allows Tsugiro to wrap his wings around both himself and an injured party, and use his Reiatsu to restore their energy. He cannot heal wounds, but he can cause their cells to work faster with the energy that he inadvertently restores to them.
