Miku Midknight Zatsune Upgrade

The following thread has my two chosen tier boosts for the record.

In short:

Final Decision:
-Boost 1 Used for: Miku Zatsune (1-1 boost to 1-1+)-
-Boost 2 Used for: Miku Zatsune (1-1+ to 0-5)

I also plan to add a new ability to Miku and also her usage of Dues Ex segunda because of her 1 to 0 tier upgrade.

The ability is as follows:

Anti-Reitsu Zone

Miku creates a dome of reitsu around herself with a diameter of 5 metres. The zone itself is rather small and only lasts for five seconds (start and end of Mikus post) but cannot be destroyed or passed through by anyone that is not a zero tier. This zone is used to either keep people away from Miku for a post, OR for keeping someone within a ten metre range of her as she can trap people within the dome as long as they were standing in range of it. This does no damage itself however.
