P E R S O N A L I T Y

Personality:

Zima absolutely loves cooking more then anything else in the world. He enjoys the different tastes of foods and takes an interest in developing better and better tastes, as well as serving them to people. Infact, his life goal is to create the worlds tastiest food, and isn't sure exactly what food it will be, whether it be pasta or a salad. He believes that even though food tends to get tastier the more unhealthy it is, that the tastiest food must be somewhat healthy, and thus, would be the greatest food in the world. Zima prides himself on his food related dishes and put lots of money into a good kitchen in his home so that he can experiment when needed.

Zima is fairly sarcastic when it comes to people, always having a grin on his face, however, he does care about people and their well being, and will help anyone in trouble if they need him. He is very good with children even if he seems to not like them, he secretly has a soft spot for them, often patting their heads when they go by and smiling at them. He one day wishes to get with a woman and have a child of his own, maybe two, so that he may cook his delicious creations for his wife and kids.

Zima is fairly selfless, puting his cooking above himself, he would sooner die then waste food. Whenever he finishes eating, he checks the plate for any leftovers and attempts to find a way to get rid of it, whether it be forcing it down, or grinding it into something else to give to others or save for later. He uses special spices he developed himself, which kill off bacteria among other things, protecting the foods preservation so that he may be served again and again if it wasn't finished before. He also takes great offense to anyone who complains about the food, going into a slight rage and booting them out of wherever they are, however, because his food is so delicious, it doesn't happen unless the person is just trying to bug him.

Zima is also very perverted, often stareing at girls for his own enjoyment, and flirting whenever possible by offering them food or complimenting them on their looks. Zima will often ask random girls to marry him if he finds them extremely attractive.

B A C K G R O U N D

History/Background:

Zima lived a peaceful life, he was born into a loving family with a mother and father. He always had a love for cooking even as a child, he would often help his mother in the kitchen in his own special way, passing her the spices and utensels that she needed to use. As time went by, he eventually began cooking in school, taking foods classes and becoming a decent cook for his age, often presenting his food to the class and the class having a positive reaction to it. Zima was fairly popular in school, and would often flirt with girls, but was usually shot down when asking them out. He never really lost confidence in himself and was always getting great grades as well.

Zima's life was cut short on a fateful day in the kitchen when he slipped on a water spill that was on the floor and landed with his foot kicking the cabinent, knocking a bunch of knives and the entire cabinent overtop of his entire body. Zima was then awoken as a shinigami and was confused about what to do, not even remembering who he was, but had a slight memory of cooking. He immediately began to search for places to go and eventually came to find a nice village where he began cooking for a living.

He eventually decided to become a shinigami, joining shinigami academy and getting great grades in most things, of course, he was often distracted with his cooking but nonetheless still found the time to completely his assignments and managed his life fairly well. He graduated and soon after, learned his shikai, and mastered it really quickly due to his abilities working in such a way that it was easy for him. He often communicates with his zanpakuto spirit and relates to her alot. Zima spends his free time cooking and attempting to find the perfect dish. He realised that he needed a goal and life, and his goal, was to find the greatest taste in the world, and become the greatest cook that soul society has ever seen before. He developed his own secret spices which kill the bad bacteria in food, and also add different tastes to the meal.

Inner World:
Zima's inner world is a gigantic kitchen with floor tiles which are a checkered pattern. There are endless supplies of food and drinks as well as spices and add ons. Inside the kitchen there are also trees which grow all kinds of different fruits. There are rows and rows of stoves, fridges, and other kitchen appliances and machines. Overhead there is a bright sun which beams down, giving light to the entire kitchen. Bunten can be seen cooking most of the time, as like her master, she enjoys cooking more then anything.

Sealed Zanpakutô : The blade itself looks like a standard zanpakuto, however, it is inside a green sheath which has swirls on the outside as a design in yellow. The blade is approximately 2 feet long, so about a standard sized zanpakuto blade.

PhatomTech: Zima does have a PhantomTech installed inside his brain, but so far, no upgrades.

Shikai Description:

Zima's shikai state takes the form of a silver fork with no curve, meaning it is just straight instead of normal forks which have a curve on the utensel. The fork is silver in colour and approximately 7.5 inches long with the forks teeth. It has a design on the end of it which has a picture of an egg on it.

Shikai Abilities:

Stretch: The teeth on the fork have the capability of growing in length for up to 2 meters, and each tooth can be different in size and stretch or retract at separate or the same time. The teeth can become their maximum length within 2 seconds of growing.

Fork Power: The fork has the power of a zanpakuto, meaning even though a tooth is thin, its still the same durability as though it were a zanpakuto, meaning it will not bend nor will it break any sooner then someone elses zanpakuto.

Food Call: Zima's shikai has the capability of summoning food from the tip, whether it be a normal omlette or a gigantic bread roll. The food sizes can be as large as a 10 meter radius and can be used in anyway he wants. If the food he summons is cheesy, the cheese will be very sticky, and will stick to any foe who touches it, esspecially if the cheese is melted greatly. If he summons a roll, or a pita or something which can be opened, he can unravel it and fold it back up overtop of a foe and trap the foe inside of it, which can easily be cut, but would be very hard if they were binded all over, truthfully the binding of course is easy to avoid as, you'd see a giant piece of food attempting to go over you, meaning it doesn't take alot of skill to avoid, simply by jumping backwards, so any tier could dodge it as long as they could jump or run quickly, however, if they were binded, any lower tier from him wouldn't be able to break through it easily, they'd have to have pretty good skill level in order to get out, atleast Master for weapon and strength, however, for higher tiers, if a tier 0 were binded, they're reiatsu alone would probably knock it away. If a tier is about 3 higher then his, they would probably just knock it away with their own reiatsu, and if they were within that 3 tier gap, Advanced weapon skills or strength alone would be able to open it up and break through. The size of the dishes varies and could quite possibly become as big as a steamroller in size, for the body of the meal anyway, meaning I do not count things like crabs or anything with arms, as that would be extra. These foods he summons are not heavy to him at all, but are heavy towards his opponent, however, if the food leaves the fork, he cannot lift it himself, the fork is actually the one that can lift it with ease. If something like a crab were to be summoned, he could even make the crab walk or try to pinch the opponent, this of course will only last for 2 posts if they were not killed first(Not that they really were alive). Zima often uses giant Omlets, Pita's, Crabs, Lobsters, bread, cheese and spaghetti to move over his foe. The spaghetti's noodles when thrown, will separate into separate noodles, and attempt to surround the foe, which once again, could be easily dodged with adept speed and could be dealt with easily by a higher tier. These noodles are even more fragile then other food, it's just easier to bind with it because of how many there are in 1 portion.

Coating: Zima can also point his fork into the air and summon a large amount of strange cheese above him, this cheese will melt over his body and appear to dissolve on him, but in reality, it actually coated him with an extra layer of armor-like qualities, when the cheese goes overtop of him, it surrounds his body perfectly in a matter of 10 seconds. When he is fully coated by this ability, his power would increase by 1 skill rank, and his durability would increase by 1 skill rank as well. His speed however would decrease by 1 skill rank while this is on him, and he can take it off anytime he pleases by pealing it off of his body, which when he begins pealing it, it simply comes off by itself in a matter of 4 seconds. This cheese is different then the cheese he uses in his food call ability, it sticks, but it doesn't bind.

Comments/Notes: Very adorable idea to use food as a weapon,but I will not approve of this just yet, as I see a problem with the shikai powers. Specifically speaking, the food call ability. Sure, he can haul crabs and frankfurters at the enemy, but that isn't enough detail, ESPECIALLY if these foods have extraordinary abilities in comparison to their ordinary counterpart. Specify the MAX size these foods can be. Specify what level of strength (in regard to tier.) is needed to easily destroy/defend against the food? If contained in the bread, how difficult is it to get out (in terms of TIER, or SKILL LEVEL.) As for the cheese, exactly how sticky is it? Can it make a 0 tier immobile (it better not). I recommend you LIST all of the foods that he generally creates with "Food Call.", describing every capability, proportion, and weakness of each food. I know that sounds like a mouthful, but this is to make sure that no sudden tricks are pulled during battle. The other RPer will KNOW exactly what an obmet, or a loaf of bread can do in combat, and won't be surprised when suddenly a swordfish is thrown with the piercing strength of a Seele Schneider...

One moooooooore thing!

For the coating ability, state exactly how long does it take for the cheese to fully envelop the user. Explain exactly HOW much the increase in durability and strength is. Is it enough to increase the skill rank? How much strength (In TIER or SKILL RANK.) will the cheese prove futile. Does the cheese have any major drawbacks? If it is said that the cheese makes the enemy stuck due to its stickiness, shouldn't the SAME apply to the user? Is he a special exception to the rule, or does he slow down from the coating?

Raising durability at two ranks is too much, even with a drop in speed for one rank. This is especially true since Bankai is not obtained yet. Please fix that.
