  • Effects: instead of a full blast, it comes out such as mist from a hoes, the gold and silver dust flow around and create a weird sensation to anyone within the area. Upon an attack, the could of mist thickens and slows down any energy based move as it collects to it. it can cause no harm however. and can easily be blown away by wind and sort.
  • Notes:Grand only cero, but can be taught by grand or figured out.
