  • Type:close range offencive. alsot defencce
  • Effects: the user can send a pulse wave of energy out of his hand, but this does nothing unless the user has his hands on the target. if on another being, it can screw with the restu flow, even causing it to become unstable for 2posts. making even the restu out-put stronger, this can cause the target to makehigh amounts of waste. if used on a non physical attack such as cero, or even a blade strike can be deflected.
