It was a regular day in Karakura City. Slightly cloudy, warm and busy in town. A stranger had just arrived into town, He was tall, red haired and fairly odd. As he walked through town he was almost constantly coughing. He was wearing a green sleeveless leather jacket no under shirt exposing his well defined abs and chest, he was also wearing some simple blue jeans and no shoes, just barefoot. He had a scowling look on his face, he hated cities period, he thought they were stupid and deserved to be destroyed and replaced with forest versions of themselves.

Pierre was walking through town coughing because he had never gone to the city. The air was fairly clean but it was just enough to make Pierre get a little irritated. "Geez Ill never understand why people decided to make these cities." He said to himself while he walked around town. "There are no plants in this town so far, it seriously needs some greening up."

He continued walking through the City looking at stores from the outside. Pierre really did not like cities, he found them good for humans to be all together but they didnt need to cover everything in concrete and metal. It really pissed him off when he couldn't feel the ground under his feet. He continued walking around town sometimes dropping some seeds on the ground that made some weeds and grass grow. He started thinking is he should make trees and such grow, i mean he never did like cities what would turning a city into actually do. but he ended up not deciding to do anything like that there were only two Nature Iramasha found so far to his knowledge and he didnt want them to be blacklisted so quickly. He just decided to stand under a small cherry tree that lined the streets and people watch, see if there were any people that looked like they cared for the plants showed up. And so he waited.

It was sometime since Hanako became ill and cannot wake up. Sadly, Hoshiko, a bright, upbeat flower girl from Minatumi Harbour knows what it was that sickens the kind bartender. Now, Hoshiko has to watch over the pub while Hanako's husband and friends are trying to figure out how to solve it when Hoshiko feels that her remedy could work. However, as evident when her friends went with her to Minatumi Hospital with the Soul Iris remedy. It did nothing to help as the plague was beyond poison or illness. It aches her to know that there is nothing she could do to help when she wants to help. Currently, she left the pub to go shopping or at least look at something nice and get to know the place that Hanako lives at. Her long, light brown hair braided and held by a pink ribbon and a curious-looking marble was hidden in the ribbon was shifting with the movements that seems unfazed by the shifting of her feet housed by her boots that seems a size too big for her.

Her eyes of bright emerald enchanted by the optimism that seeded her cheerfulness and rather brave behavior. Because most of her life till now are usually with the Soul Irises, that scent has embedded upon Hoshiko as her natural scent. However, her smile seems false to her concerns for her employer's health because her uncle, Hideki Yamamoto died of the same fate, a sleep that takes souls. Nothing was certain about her mother because Hoshiko could not find her when DEPTH-Com declared martial law over Minatumi Harbour because the quarantine was in need of strict control if it is to keep the plague from spreading. If it was like that, how did her employer, of all people was stricken by the plague to begin with? She continues walking down the sidewalks that were cracked, repaired, and cracked again for many centuries before her. Just like the church back home, but with more professional repairs than ones made by her father on his own.

Something about the city just does not feel right to her. Maybe it is just the nervousness of being in an unfamiliar place where everything seems bigger than the buildings back home. Hoshiko was told by an old man to have a good weapon with her because things are different than it used to be. It is hard to understand why Hoshiko would need to bring her grandfather's walking stick. Technically, it was not outfitted for a walking stick as Father Yamamoto uses it to ward off criminals to save the victims. One time, Hoshiko sees Father Yamamoto turn this stick into a sword. It is weird for her to see something like that. Unfortunately, Hoshiko does not understand the basics of combat, so her handling of the walking stick was odd. Right hand above the stick and behind the left hand that was under the stick as the stick was pointing down to the sidewalk. An awkward handling, but unknown to her, when raised, it can be a good stance with enough training.

She can be seen across the street from Pierre as she stops by a flower shop. She stops in front of the shop and looks at the colorful array of flowers.

Maybe there's still hope for plants in this world Maramapb

A city of concrete and stone, a city lifeless.

That's how most of the cities where, that Marama could recall : she doesn't even know why she was placed here, of all places. But of course, she wanted more knowledge, a book that was rare had come up on her auction list. Although that Marama wasn't the most fanciful with technology or it's ins and outs, she still liked a good old book. Although most of them were electronic, and actual paper books were definitely on the decline. But that didn't bother the nature Sugiura, as she felt her green strands touch her face. She was wandering a street, noting new weeds and grass, just barely growing, but accelerated. There was the sense of someone that passed by, and immediately, the woman needed to meet this person. Simply because they controlled what she was attuned to. The plants were whispering of some one, some one that touched them like the earth did, but heavenly and demonic. It was confusing, to the Sugiura, but she understood that someone had powers of nature. Possibly formed from the very fabric of the earth itself, as the girl continued down her path. Her body shifted, all weapons checked and accounted for.

It was just a measure, simply because there was no where safe, ever.

The green haired woman stopped, her steps slowing as she saw the flower shop. The arrays of flowers were amazing, as she noted a girl with long, brown hair, and for a flicker, noted emerald eyes, eyes that matched her own in a shade. But yet hers was tinted : and Marama wasn't quite sure what that meant. Of course, she had picked up the presence of a male not too far, under a cherry blossom tree. But the woman was more concerned with the girl, considering that the walking stick was an indication of weakness (yet Marama couldn't help but notice that it was held wrong, at least from what she remembered of walking sticks, serving as a housewife to earn her keep the long time she had been away from other Sugiuras : since she had an allowance, yes, but one book had cost her all of it, and thus she needed to find employment to live : harsh living was not unknown to the girl.) and that usually made the girl want to help.

''Aren't the flowers amazing?'' she said softly, her voice gentle and quiet. It was a voice that was calm : solid in itself, and offered that pliable kindness that most searched for in strangers. Even her stance, rigid and yet pliable, told of someone that was calm inside and out. But on her face, played a gentle smile : those emerald green eyes seemed to be looking beyond the world, into the flowers that seemed to bloom happily. They were whispering of delightful things, even as she caught a smell that was.. strange and sweet, appealing to say, to the Sugiura. ''If I'm not bothering you, what kind of scent do you have on you?'' she said, her gaze blinking. It wasn't a scent she recognized : and that made her heart flutter. For she was a manipulator of plants, and understood the biology of them, and even perhaps had the most knowledge on what plant did what.

That included flowers of course : but this scent was unusual, like nothing she had encountered or known. And yet, there was a definite floral twist to it, which confused the green haired girl. But it made her heart beat excitedly in her chest : a hammer against the walls of her rib, the blood flushing hotly, tingles all over. The sense of a new discovery was cracking her calm compound with a light flush on her cheeks, and an excitement in the air. Yes, definitely, Marama had to know what flower this girl knew : because it was more unique then anything she had touched so far. And that made her hungry, even as for once, her routine didn't matter as much. Because this was new : this was something of a wish, and it beat all realms of carefully crafted routines. That was the end game to Marama, as she smiled still, her eyes floating from the flowers to the brown haired girl before her.

There was definitely something interesting to happen here today.

These domed cities always seemed somewhat strange to Natalia, with their controlled environments and false sky stretching overhead. Granted, she had her own reasons for that kind of feeling (primarily the fact that she had lived so long without the existence of such cities). While strange these cities held a particular beauty all their own with their towers of steel and glass and the encompassing dome overhead, standing as testament to mankind’s will to survive the onslaught of those who sought their eradication. Cities like this, beneath their grand domes, inspired a feeling of safety in the masses, because how could something so grand, so immovable, be brought low? Natalia had seen exactly that happen, and when those grand structures of great cities fell so too did the spirits of the city’s people. She had learned firsthand that when an enemy wanted into a city it was the strength of arm, not stone, that kept them at bay. In that this city, Karakura, was the safest city on the planet with so many organizations centered here. For that reason though it was also one of the largest targets on the face of the Earth and that was why she chose to live elsewhere, in a little town called Osora. This little town had no dome and no regular protection from any of the organizations. Yet the town stood, and there were a few who wondered why; only one resident of that city knew the answer to that though.

Natalia walked at a steady and measured pace down the semi-busy street. She was dressed simply this day; worn comfortable jeans subtly complimenting her light crème colored jacket, a dark shirt beneath and comfortably worn-in sneakers rounded out the outfit. Her hair was pinned up today like normal, her golden locks kept in place by a simple hair pin. She took in the city with her brown eyes, seeing as few did the similarities between these advanced cities of the “future” and the cities of the now distant past, which stood only as a memory in her mind and the worlds. She was not here for vacation and sight-seeing though; while she planned to see the sights of these connected cities should time allow, she was here to pick up several key supplies that the companies did not feel comfortable with delivering to her tavern in the unprotected region. These were mostly things that were not easily procured outside cities like this; technical upgrades to stay connected to the ever changing world, certain ingredients that were uncommon outside of trade ports such as cities like this, and so forth. Already she had gone through the trouble of picking up stricter security system for the tavern, a spiritual energy identifier, and a few other technical pieces. Next on the list were the ingredients and that lead her towards the more common market place.

Something brown and greed broke the grey river of concrete she walked upon just ahead of her, and gave her a moment’s worth of pause. It was strange to see weeds in general in the confines of the domes and their sidewalks, but to find some growing in the dead-center of the sidewalk was exceptionally odd. After a few moments of inspection she discovered something stranger yet about the plant; that it was not growing up through the sidewalk but had burrowed down, straight through the concrete slab; that was exactly the kind of things that was not normal and would attract attention from those who could spot it. Someone had dropped something here, and that thing had sprouted into this weed. She lifted her gaze and found another plant not too far away. Her eyes followed the trail of weeds from her position to a flower shop a little ways ahead of her. Outside of the shop was a single woman who was squatting near the flowers, apparently studying or enjoying them. Natalia started forward again, and looked to her right; she caught sight of a young man leaning against the trunk of a young cherry blossom tree; even from here he looked disgruntled.

Now, truth be told the random creation of the weeds and plants were of no concern of Natalia’s at all, nor was the woman or man within the immediate vicinity of the shop; they possessed nothing that she was aware of needing or missing. However, there was a little something in the shop’s window that was relevant to her interests. As such, she detoured her journey to the market for now. She flashed a small smile to the man as she walked by and into the shop. The shop-keep, she spared a slightly longer, amiable smile.

”Are those dragon-fire Lilies in the window for sale by chance?” she asked. The shop keep, a round and slightly balding man who looked in his forties, rewarded her with a somewhat shocked and puzzled look at the question.
”Well…yes, but I should warn you they’re a-“ he began.
”Notoriously difficult plant to raise,” she finished, giving another smile. ”If you willing to part with them I will gladly take them off your hands.”

And so the haggling began. As expected the shop keep wanted a sizeable sum for the rare flower. However, the amount he actually wanted far exceeded the actual value of the pretty flower, and certainly was more than Natalia felt comfortable paying at the moment. After a few minutes of bargaining though, she talked him down to a downright cheap price on the rare flower, though she did have to offer up a free night’s stay at the tavern should he be in the area. What she owed she paid in cash, left an address for him, and walked over to the window, admiring the brilliant orange and red delicate lily. She got a view out of the window here, and she noted a new person had appeared outside of the shop;. It seemed that this flower shop was a popular place on this given day.

Pierre stood there as he watched the three women congregate in front of a flower shop. He was not happy. He thought to himself Ho can these women just buy flowers, don't they understand that growing them is much better than buy mass produced flowers. He just looked intently at the store and the women as his eyes then turned into snake looking eyes, he was getting angry. It was the fact that one of the girls smelled like a flower, but he didn't know what the flower was and that was fairly wrong to him. He was one with plants he knows all about them how can he not identify this one, then a horrifying thought struck him. Could it have been that humans were making plants on their own now. This completely enraged him on the inside, "How dare they!" He said to himself. How could they trample all of natures perfectness and make something artificial and then try to pass it off as if it were natural. He could not let this pass un noticed, he knew it would be bad for the other Nature Iramasha if he attacked defenceless girls inside the city. He assumed that they could not feel any type of spiritual energy so he decided to stay away from them and play some pranks on them from afar.

A semi-visible emerald green aura surrounded Pierre and the plants outside of the store. "If you like flowers so much, lets see if you like these." He said to himself sounding like a snake stretching his S sounds into hisses. The pots the plants were in started shaking as the root system of the plants started to expand and grow. The pots then burst spreading dirt in the surrounding area as thorny roots started spreading around. The flowers started turning a deep, blood red and black color. The plants also started growing bigger and intertwining each other making a big, thorny rose bush dotted with blood red and black roses. A foul odor started to predominate the area. The sickening smell of rotting flesh stared to emanate from the flowers soon attracting various of the insect's that pollinated flowers of that retched stench, namely flies. Pierre didn't care if this scared the girls they very well deserved it for buying man-made flowers from crazed scientist. He just stood the staring at them with snake eyes putting out his emerald green aura, just waiting for their reaction of fear.

Hoshiko Minatumi

Hoshiko was looking at the array of flowers with a smile on her face as the blond woman walks into the shop to by a difficult flower to care for, a dragon lily flower. Hoshiko heard about the flower, but the only flower that she is great in was caring for the Soul Irises, the kind of flower she lives with and the scent the hangs around her was because of her years handling the very rare irises. Suddenly, Hoshiko hears a voice, asking about the flowers. Hoshiko looks at the voice's general direction and finds a green haired girl with a keen interest in Hoshiko. For that very moment, she is outside her comfort zone, she was hesitant to speak. The only sound she emits was the broken breaths that is like she is trying to speak, but nothing comes out. The green haired woman then asks about the scent that Hoshiko was carrying. "The scent? I think I have not noticed it because I was caring for the Soul Irises for so long." Hoshiko answers to the green-haired girl. After that, Hoshiko notices the same woman coming out of the shop with the dragon lily, a victory it seems.

The smile on Hoshiko's face disappears as the plants twist and corrupt themselves without a reasonable cause for it in Hoshiko's knowledge. It soon becomes a bush of awful smelling black and red rose bush that is repulsive with the smell to compliment its grotesque appearance. Hoshiko can smell the dead like it was from the hospital back at Minatumi Harbour. Reliving the traumatizing scenes of the plague, Hoshiko's willpower breaks down before the eyes of the blond woman and the green-haired girl almost immediately. A triggering smell for a bad memory as Hoshiko covers her mouth and nose in her futile attempt to block out the smell, but it is not working. She has to get away somehow. Her vision blurs with the hint of fainting, there must be a way away from the tormenting smell. She runs blindly to the street, but unfortunately, the only light she can see was from a fast moving hover car. A loud thump erupts as the people witnessing it are in shock as they can see the girl fly into the air, twisting and spinning before hitting the street's pavement.

After the landing, Hoshiko appears heavily battered and lifeless as a pulse was very faint and slowly fading. The people looked at the rose bush and began talking about a nature attack and murder. The flower shop owner walks out with a traumatized look on his face. "Death Blossom..." He called the grotesque rose bush as he looks at the girl that was hit by a hover car. Ironically, the people who are witnesses do not go to get Hoshiko out of the street, neither they would even think about it. They begin talking about it; theorizing the chances of attacks by spirits, possession and many more. They did not even step in to help.

Pierre watched as the girl got hit by the hover car. This completely shocked him down to the bone. He never meant for anyone to get hurt like that. He started thinking about what the humans had done to him in the past, they had beaten him to a pulp and let him there to die, that winter night no one came to help him. When he saw that girl on the road and no one was helping her just watching and some even taking pictures with their phones, he just started crying. Emerald green tears started to run down his cheeks and as they hit the ground they turned into small blue roses, the sign of a miracle.

At that moment Pierre knew that humans weren't out to get him, and that he was acting no different than those that had come to kill him that day so long ago, he decided that he had to do something to keep this girl from die-ing. Pierre started running toward the girl crying leaving blue roses where the tears landed. When he got to the girl he dropped to his knees and started saying to her "Please don't die on me. I didn't mean for you to get hurt, please don't die!!" Pierre grabbed her almost lifeless body in his arms as his body started turning into a transparent emerald green. He kneeled there, a bare mass of Natural Plant energy. Trying to give her as much energy as he could to bring her back. The street under him started to turn into grass as blue roses started growing out of the ground and started to produce a strong rose aroma that wafted through the area. Then a wave of energy surged through the area as the Death Blossom bush also turned into a glorious bush of prefect blue roses. The roses were putting out a huge amount of every kind of energy. Pierre tried hard as he made the spirit energy go into the girl trying to make her stay alive and regain conciousness.

Maybe there's still hope for plants in this world Maramapb

The green haired girl seemed to have made the other one shy : but Marama was observing the flowers. The brown haired girl spoke, something about Soul Irises : that intrigued the woman, as she gave a smile. But thoughts were cut short, as she fell to her knees, pressing her hands to her ears. The screaming agony of the plant was invasive. And soon, there was a scream : the sound was deafening. The Sugiura wished it could stop, because it really made her uncomfortable : it was like a dying scream, a scream that just kept going, even as she had turned before falling, seeing the snake eyed male, and then the girl she had been speaking to, that very moment, get hit by a hover car. The screaming still kept going : with a shock, she realized it was from her own mouth, as she shut her jaw. Marama stood up, her face ashen white, as her hand touched the so called Death Blossom : it was still hurting and screaming. For a moment, green flowed from the girl''s hand, as the bush shrunk, and tied itself to her wrist, as she hissed.

Once that was done, the green haired girl, still keeping her calm, strode towards the male. However, before the bush could fully link itself, a burst of energy changed it again : and yet, one seed had slipped into her system, as Marama flinched. But she managed to go to the male, even as leaves wrapped around her wound, without a single thought. It was fascinating to her, to watch the male try to give the girl energy : he could do that, but it wouldn't heal her wounds, as Marama's own hands glowed the green of life. The grass shifted, leaves of healing propreties emerging, slowly wrapping up every injury the girl had. Using the energy of the nature that flowed around, the girl put her own energy into it : Ziva's blessings, her strength, as she softly hummed, the voices of the plants sorrowful. It was enough to make tears slip down her face. ''I hear them, and they are crying..'' she whispered, the male possibly able to hear her. But even her own voice was lost in the din of the roses, at least to.

She placed her energy into the area, the leaves working to heal : her energy hesitantly, but carefully mixing with the nature Iramasha, not that she knew that, in order to help. Her affinity with plants and life was her gift : and she would give that gift back if needed, to save a human soul.

The auburn headed male, Carter, watched from the crowd, strands of hair swayed peacefully in front of his white blue eyes, These people upset him. Standing and watching the girl die; he was caught up in the motion as he saw the plants come to life. He assumed it was some sort of Hollow around or demon and he gripped the pummel of his zanpukto Nacuto ready to fight if need be even at his low power level. as soon as he saw the green eyed male run to the girl he knew there would be no attack but there would be need for energy all the same.

stepping forward to touch the other male he stopped as another woman with green hair came in and started to center her energies for healing in a more refined useful way than the green haired male. Without speaking Carter placed his hands on the woman's shoulders pushing his energy into her too help since he wasn't trained in healing energies. He winced as he touched her and hoped she won't attack him, he could understand if she did. It looked strange for an un-named male to touch a woman and put his energy to her, it would feel like an attack but he smiled in case she looked at him to show he was trying to help the best way her knew how.

Natalia had turned from the window, sharing a word with the store keeper as a courtesy from one plant “enthusiast” to another when she felt a strange presence rise up. Contrary to what Pierre believed MOST humans were capable of detecting spirits in this day and age because of the events of Ender’s war so many years ago. In fact, those that could not were about as rare nowadays as those that could 400 years prior. Natalia could either way, had had been able to for a great deal of time but that was neither here nor there. This energy signature was strange; it was vaguely similar to that of those beings that called themselves Iramashas, though of the spiritual races she had the least contact with them so it was hard to say; either way, this felt subtly different from anything she had detected before. Besides, the more important point was that this energy signature was unbearably close. Her gaze snapped back to those assembled outside, and centered on the male who was now radiating a small aura of power. His lips moved as he mumbled something at the edge of her hearing range. The pots outside began to shatter, the plants began to twist, and a horrid smell suddenly permeated the area. For a few moments the women outside the shop started at the plants, the male stared at them, and Natalia stared at him.

The green haired girl broke first; her scream pierced the air as a spear pierces flesh. Natalia set the lily back down where it would be save, and moved from the window as the shopkeeper moved to peer out and find out what was going on. She headed for the door; was this going to end in a fight? The male seemed somewhat strong, but he was in the wrong kind of environment to fight effectively given that his powers seemed to govern plant life. The issue was that a fight would attract attention, and that was what Natalia wanted to avoid as best she could. However, she was not willing to stand idly by and let others be harmed for that decision; power without a purpose was more destructive regardless of its use. Her choice made she stepped out of the door as the other brown haired girl rose, spun, and bolted away from the plants and straight into the street. Natalia shouted out a unheard warning, and watched as the girl’s body flew into the air. It hit the ground, the car came to a halt, and the lives of those in the surrounding area came to a sudden halt as they tried to piece together what had just happened. Natalia’s eyes now blazed in anger, and they rounded back on the male in a look of disappointed rage. She had taken two steps forward when the male suddenly bolted to the fallen girl’s side. Natalia stopped, let him go, and let him wail and lament. As the male sat there and wailed, Natalia tried to figure out what was going through that man’s head.

What had he expected to happen? He had “attacked” in the general sense, had intended to cause pain physically, emotionally, or psychologically. Those who attack intended to harm, to cause suffering. Yet when he had succeeded in doing so to the degree that he took a life he suddenly changed his tune. He quailed like a babe in the winter’s night, afraid of the hungering cold. Was he truly so blind to the results of his own actions? His power flared, but the feel was again subtly different; he was trying to heal the fallen girl. All around them people stood idly by, watching and mumbling. Yet only one DID anything; a Shinigami stepped forward, and lent his own energies to try and help the process. Not one of the humans did anything. This pushed yet another button, and that was one too many for Natalia.

”What are you people doing?!” she shouted, her voice stern as stone heavy as time itself. People instinctively looked at her.
”Someone call an ambulance!” she shouted once more, and people began to mill about, trying to figure out what they could do.

The green haired girl had at some point stepped in to help the healing process as well. As much as Natalia wanted to go and help, she knew it would better to not…at least for now. She had her own plan at this point to deal with that. There was not much left that she could do. Her gaze still smoldered with anger, but she spared Pierre the burning vengeance of her eyes by averting them, looking down the road as though waiting for the ambulance.
”If you feel you need to step in, do so. I know standing by does not sit well with you.” [i]a voice spoke up in her head. She couldn’t help but give the smallest of smiles for a brief moment at the appearance of the voice. Aisha’s voice had a strange warm and calming quality to it that soothed her temper if only momentarily.
”If I have to I will. Otherwise, let him work to pay off his transgression.”
