Reason: This guy has the concept of "Phenomenon" or "Rumors." It sounds strange, but once I get his app up, it'll make more sense. As for personality? This guy is nuts. Not just "They're coming to take me away, ha-haa!" nuts, but "They're coming to take me away again, ha-haa!", " I live in the place where the nuts hunt the squirrels," and "!AaaH-aH ,yawA eM ekaT oT gnimoC er'yehT." He's got the looks of a noble, it took a character on 1-tier to self-implode to "kill" him, which just destroyed his physical body for a short while. Not to mention

Reason: Given Nami's personality of being cold but cut off from everyone, she is a person who lives in her mind most of the time, dwelling in her thoughts. Not only would it be good for her to take the Queen of Vicara Plane, but as an Asthavon (one of the original sisters at that) she has good reason to sit upon the throne of Vicara Plane.

Reason: Kiriel has often spent his time sleeping or awaiting conflict to boil. But now that Destruction has joined into his being. He's more open and capable of doing things as a King. His change of heart and a difference of soul has come about. This has made him decide to go somewhere he believes would be suitable. Most would run towards Chaya nation and drink in the chaos Inami has sewn. But for Kiriel he believes for him to evolve and go further, he must go to Vicara Plane. And find himself perhaps and drench further into his world.

Reason: Nami's gone poofed to K-World, Kyle's also inactive, given that no one is really watching the realm in the first place Silvia would take the mantle of Queen in the absence of her older sister albeit a temporary role until Nami returns to govern the place.
