The 2000 year war. Zet V. James (The infinite battle.)

James walked through the narrow entrance to the soon-to-be bloodbath of a battle. He scoped his surroundings out before his opponent arrived. Hills, mountains, deserts, rivers. Lots of different biomes apparently. The sky above shined a bright blue. He rested the rucksack containing his fireproof armor by a tree. He wouldn't battle without it. This was to be a brotherly battle, merely for practice. Still, he didn't want to risk any serious injury. At least, any impossibly serious ones. He opened his rucksack and prepared his armor. Hopefully Aura would be able to help him out with this one. It'd be terrible if she didn't. James finally finished preparing his armor, and found his blade. He had forged this blade with the heat of Aura's flames. It was like diamond. Durable and sharp. Just what he needed. He glared at his reflection in the blade, then he sensed a presence.

Suzu's mind felt to her as if it was overloading. She was working hard on her experiments. She had made great progress but was stuck at a standstill for now. She had built up a lot of mental frustration. She had come to this place for one thing stress relief and this was the perfect place for Suzu to find it.

"LA LA LALALA~" Suzu had a playful tune in her voice. She was walking down a path way that would be on the small side for any one with an adult body but she had plenty of room in it. Yet another time that being able to take on the body of a child was handy. Stepping out from the entrance way into a wide open space that seemed to have a mixture of all kinds of plants and geological formations. No doubt about it this place was made after many different places in the world. Seeing a man standing there almost like he was waiting for her. Suzu would smile at him and say calmly." Hi there. So what brings you out here?"

James sensed a presence. He whirled around to see who it was, but, to his surprise, his opponent was a girl. Not only that, but a child. She greeted him. Her voice was soft. Almost like Aura's. He closed his eyes, and attempted to feel her aura. She was a lot stronger than she looked. And dangerous too. James wondered if she has some sort of short fuse or something. Perhaps he could attempt to provoke her to battle? He wanted to feel her strength. To test his mettle against her own. He drew his sword. "Just a child? Not exactly what I was hoping for. I'll still slay you nonetheless." He was a bit scared to fight a girl, as he did have morals. But this girl was as deadly as she was cute. He'd say she looked pretty deadly. Aura? You here? He waited a moment. No reply. Great. Abandoned.

Suzu wanted to burst out laughing but she managed to contain her self. It always fills her with a sense of nostalgia when some one calls her a child and this man even followed it up by threatening her life. His words rather he intended it or not were pulling on her heart-strings and the music it was playing was lovely Therefore putting her in a playful mood. "O dear...slay me? Whatever should I do to defend my self?" Her voice would change to a tone that was most condescending. “Do~ you plan to beat me to death with that dull blade? O~ I know." bringing her fist to her side she would punch straight out in front of her and make a slight HA sound. This would look as though Suzu a mere child was taunting James. But as her fist reached its full extent 3 bala's would fire from it at high speed. Putting enough force in each bala to create a small explosion only equal to that of a 1/4 a stick of dynamite. The difference in height between Suzu and James would make it so the Bala's were aimed for his legs.

James scanned the girl with his contacts as she spoke. This was no mere girl. Not even a child. She possessed quite some power, so James put away his blade, and instead drew his daggers. Ironically, she had just finished mocking his blade when he drew his razor sharp daggers. Time to change the game. Aura? Can you hear me? James thought to his mind's little house-guest. I'm here, sir, command me. Aura replied. James might not need her help just yet, but it may come in handy later. Aura, you know me better than that, at least call me James. James sighed. He activated his wristpad slyly and hopefully without her noticing. Just then, James' contacts beeped rapidly, they sensed an immense energy being formed. James pressed his knees together, and leaped into the sky, a mass of fiery explosions beneath him. He activated his improved cloak of shadows, and turned invisible. He dropped behind the... being. "Wow, attempting to blow me to bits? Not a nice way to treat a stranger. Who taught you your manners, little girl?" James knew by now that this being did not like being called a child, which was all the more reason for him to call her as such. Her reaction amused him, so he obliged her. He powered up his mana glove and chanted a spell. "Imperium Ater ES!" Suddenly, the daylight that had been shining merrily moments ago had faded from the sky, and darkness enshrouded the land. The sky turned to darkness as a night-like state encompassed it. James was in his element. He maintained his Cloak of Shadows, and leaped up from behind the woman, only to land on a tree behind him. "You want to play huh? Let's play." Her power level was strong, but it was nothing he couldn't handle. He would enjoy teaching this child some manners.

It was a little odd this man had put forth the effort to draw his sword just to re-sheath it. And now he draw's two daggers? Twin daggers a common pickup for assassins and are grate for stealth attacks. But that means he will need to get close to her in-order to land a hit. Humans are always such odd things.

The boy was doing something with some device on his wrest that was followed by a quick beeping. It must be some form of detector as he jumped in to the air avoiding her bala's. Suzu would replay to the boy who was now standing behind her without even turning to face him." Are you saying that I lack manners? From where I stand it's you who doesn't have any. I was merely asking what you’re doing here and what did you do? Pull a sword on me.” As darkness started to fall on the land around them she smiled. "Playing sounds like fun. I know it's a bit late for introductions but I'm Suzu zumizimu the Sexta Espada of shadow fall." Though he could not see it due to being up in a tree behind her Suzu was smiling devilishly. "Dark desires will manifest you.. My Luna Senka." Once thoughts words were spoken Vast Spiritual Power would start to seep out from her. In her dues dx Release Suzu reiryoku is so great it can disrupt energy and make it hard for others around her to move.



James being in the 4 tire class would make this limit his movement by 100% and if he uses any energy based attacks they will be 100% Disrupted unless he focus his energy. With focus he could steal move and possibly cast energy based attacks but he would be a great deal slower than normal and the energy attacks week.

He would most likely get caught off guard by her spiritual pressure and fall from the tree to the ground. If this happens she would turn to face him laughing. Suzu would not attack him yet though. O no she wanted to see how this human reacts to feeling her true energy and seeing her Dues Ex Release form.

The woman's form changed. Her strength was evident in the entire area surrounding James. Was this the power of Deus Ex? He felt weak, and his contacts showed that his mana gauge had a massive debuff on it. James reset his mana glove to conservation mode. His mana glove controlled the output of his mana, so there was no problem switching it accordingly. Suddenly James felt heavy, as though if he didn't do something, he'd fall off of the tree. That wouldn't look to great for him, so he jumped down to the floor. This woman, and arrancar? "Hah!" James laughed. "I didn't know kids could be Arrancar." James smirked. "And with such a low power level too!" For an arrancar, he knew this was a strong one, but he enjoyed messing with this woman. She had just upped the ante, so he would too. "Aura, Phoenix state, 1st level!" Just then, James' body erupted in flames, and when the flames subsided, his body was covered in veins, flowing with lava. (OOC: Flame spells don't cost anything now) James in his heightened state looked the woman over. All he had to do was hold her off until his next level could kick in. James formed a fireball at the end of his hand. The energy shrieked and squealed as the fireball ignited itself and spun around itself upon the tips of his fingers. Let's crush this pest Aura communicated. It appeared as though something the arrancar did angered Aura. Oh, well James thought. It was her bad. James fired the fireball off in her direction. He replaced his cloak immediately, and used his flying spell to get away from the position he was in when firing, as she would most SURELY fire back at there. James summoned Furor, his Anima Stone Familiar, and sic'd it on Suzu. Furor was incredibly fast, and strong, but he could only be one at a time. While Furor flew towards her, he would most likely try to pin her to her location, while James could appear behind her with his daggers, and leech her energy. Of course, she wouldn't notice if she tried. The Cloak of Shadows, mixed with the darkness of night, meant he was undetectable, as James technically had now powers other than what his equipment could give him. Of course, there was Aura, but she was generally undetectable in first form. If she could detect him, it would be Aura's fault, but the chances of that happening were very slim. James hadn't planned on attacking her, merely sapping her energy. If he could get away, he'd more than likely see it fit to injure her, but for now, he just needed energy.

Suzu stood perfectly still and didn't even try to dodge the fire ball. She just merely smacked it away and with her hierro there would be no damage at all. Suzu loves it when people call her a child but calling her weak was a Whole nother Story. Her body and powers are the result of countless hours experimenting. So by calling her weak he was also belittling ALL the hard work and pain she had undergone in-order to get to this point. Suzu's pride as a scientist could not allow this to be.

The instant James went to summon his Familiar his Cloak of Shadows would stop hiding him as that is an offensive action and Suzu would use her Sonido to appear beside James at a speed that he could not keep up with since his mental deduction is only beginner and both her general speed and sonido are advanced. She would see his mana glove was regulating his energy for him with her Analyze ability. This was a problem but the fix was easy. Without warning ,without charging she showed him another of her powers the Rapid Cero. Suzu can fire a full cero at will. That something not a lot of arrancar can do. James would have almost no time to react seeing how his movements were slowed by her spiritual pressure and this would all happen at once at such high speed. The Cero would undoubtedly destroy the mana glove and quite possibly take his hand with it.

She would completely ignore his summoning and seeing how it is a energy being out side of james body her Energy Disruption and Movement limitations would have the full 100% effect on it. making it severely fragile and unable to move. Using focus it's possible for it to move but it would still be very slow and breaking it would be child's play for Suzu.

"How Dare you call me weak! when You move so slow IT'S ALMOST LIKE TIME IS STANDING STILL! " both James and suzu being in the air she would use her Sonido once more to appear behind him cupping both her hands to gather above his head. Than slamming it down on him with grate force sending him plummeting to the ground. This would most likely do a lot of blunt force trauma.

She'd swatted away at his fireball, reducing it to little but ash in the air. James' cloak dissipated for but an instant as he'd summoned his familiar, but she'd picked up on it. She'd warped behind James, who was unaware of her presence until his contacts had picked up on her energy signal behind him. James immediately attempted to flee from her, as she was charging up an energy ball, but he was too slow. She was aiming for his glove. Could she know what he was using it for? He knew he could not dodge the cero, so in the instant it would have landed on his gloves, he turned, and let it fall on his cloak. The cloak, being made of hyperfiber, would cancel out the energy from the blow, but not the impact. James was sent plummetting downward, and just as he was nearing the ground, the woman appeared above him, her hands prepared to smash him into the ground. He had to get out of this situation, or he would most undoubtably die. James remembered the Hand of God spell. He had to time this just right, or it wouldn't work, and he would die. She smashed her hands down on the top of his head. It stung quite a bit, but he had to endure it. He waited and waited, until he was mere feet away from the ground. Just as he was about three feet away from the ground, he uttered the words, "Imperium Deus Es!". Suddenly he was high atop a tree, whilst his foe was quite far away. His wounds had been healed, and his energy was replenished. He sat a moment. His side hurt. Those energy balls had quite the kick... He closed his eyes, and turned back on his cloak. He couldn't afford to have the enemy find him so soon. He opened them and scanned the surroundings for traces of her presence. Luckily, he didn't find any. Or at least, any nearby. Once more he closed his eyes, and rested. He needed to regain his lost mana.
