Personality: Shintaro is often short-tempered and impulsive and can be prone to making mistakes when he becomes agitated in battle. The fact that he enjoys combat, as well as a habit of showing a joyful smile when facing a particularly strong opponent, indicates that he is willing to risk his life for a mission, and is rather bloodthirsty. Shin seems to care very little about his fellow shinigami, usually suggesting that they had to give him something in order to acquire his help. However despite this, it seems that he truly does consider shinigami to be his allies. Although he seems distant towards those around him, he often thinks what it would be like to have at least one friend who would take the time to emotionally talk to him.

Appearance:
Zanpakutô Spirit: His zanpakuto spirit, Shugotenshi, is literally a contradiction to Shin, while Shintaro is prone to fighting and bloodthirsty, Shugotenshi is more calm and level-headed. Shugotenshi acts as sort of a guide and mentor to Shin, helping him out whenever she can, even if Shin refuses to listen to her. No matter how bad Shin talks about her, Shugotenshi is always shown having a smile on her face, and is loyal to her master. Shugotenshi has the appearance of a young women, who looks slightly older than Shin. She is mostly noted for her long white hair and her large feathered wings. She is always shown to be wearing a white skirt with a matching long sleeved shirt, with showing cleavage, which makes Shintaro mad, as he thinks that angels should be covered up completely, instead of having a sex appeal.

Sealed Zanpakutô : It looks like a normal katana with a white hilt and with the shapes of black diamonds on it. Despite his personality, he seems to take of his blade with the most respective handling and fixing of it.

Shikai Description: When being released, Shugotenshi glows white and grows two metallic wings on the hilt, and then growing two smaller ones right below it. The blade gains on the side and at the top of it, giving it a more angelic appearance. There is also a ribbon coming out of the end of the hilt, a white long ribbon. Shintaro then gains a white an sliver gauntlet on his right hand, with white feathers growing on the sides.

Shikai Abilities:

Glaring Aura Assault(Giragira Reikikyuushuu)
When using this attack, His sword glows a bright light, and then slashes the air, making a arc of reistsu, which flies towards the enemy. This is one of his more basic attacks, and can be used in both his shikai and his bankai. It can be blocked a more powerful opponent.

Guardian Barrier (Kanshisha Shouheki)
While using this technique, his gauntlet produces a shield made reistsu, making can block kido attacks and energy attacks, but not physical ones. It can be destroyed by a high level kido attack, or a more powerful signature attack

Radiant Bane (Masbushiisuben)
This attack creates several balls of reistsu which gives off the appearance of balls of light, as it shines brightly. Then using his sword or hands, he can command them to shoot towards his enemy at an average speed. These balls can only be around for a short time so Shin has to quickly make use of them before they die out.

Grand Light Pentagon (Yuuenkasoku Gokaikukei)
By using his previous attack, Radiant Bane, The commands five balls of light to surround the enemy. Then strands of light connect the balls to each other, which produces a large pillar of light engulfing the opponent. This is not a instant kill move, but leaves the opponent with serious wounds. This attack can be avoided just by moving outside of the pentagon.

History/Background:

As a human, Shintaro was a very popular kid, as he had a lot of friends, good grades, and participated in almost every sport at school. His teachers say that he is rheir favorite student and that he will be missed when he graduates. At home, Shintaro lived with his parents, Hayato and Kikiyo, and had no siblings. One day as he was heading out for school, he saw a figure that loomed over him. Being so tired he didnt really notice it. He finally felt a little weird, like something was coming after him and he turned around, only to find a stange monster with wings watching his every move, Shintaro ran and the monster soon followed into an abandoned warehouse, where Shintaro would soon meet his demise as he was killed

As a soul, Shintaro thought that his past life was a dream and simply ignored it. Shintaro now lived in the 1st District of Rukongai, with his parents and his older sister, Ayame. His parents and his sister were soul reapers, which excited him as a young child, as he thought that he too will become shinigami. As soon as he were old enough, His father taught them the basic skills of a shinigami, zanjutsu, kido, and close combat. Shintaro excelled in his zanjutsu training and his kido, but could not fight using hakuda to save his life, which made his family laugh at him. One day, there was an attack on the town by shinigami bandits who defected from the soul society. Shintaro saw his neighbors and friends get killed on the spot and could not take it anymore. With his training sword, Shintaro and Ayame went on the attack, but were easily defeated, and all were knocked out unconscious. As they woke up, the town was in ruins and they found their parents on the ground, lifeless. Their grandfather, who was a captain at the time took in the children to train them in the arts of the shinigami.

Every day for the next couple of years, their grandfather trained each child differently. Because of the whole ordeal with his parents, Shintaro distanced himself from his sister, which made him a little hostel at his sister. This also made him lack at his training as he didn't feel like doing it any more if he was just going to die. Soon his grandfather yelled at him, saying that he needs to stop feeling bad herself and suck it up and be a man. Shintaro being as he was, did not listen to him, but decided to fight anyways, not because his grandfather said so, but to protect those around him from ever getting hurt. As soon as they were old enough, Shintaro and Ayame enrolled in the academy together, not knowing the outcome of their training. Because of their rigorous training styles, they both tried their best to become number 1 in the class, but Ayame was number 1, and claimed she wasnt even trying. Ayame graduated a year before Shin, which angered him to an extreme. But he eventually graduated too, but only at the 12th of the class.

RP Sample: Shintaro wanders Rukongai with an interest to look at anything or talk to anyone. As the wind blows hard into the city, He looks as if it doesn't affect him. He wants to do anything but walk around, but to him, the world only has so much to do. Even though he didn't know anyone, He would always gave them a frown and grunt. But its like that with everything, Shintaro thinks to himself. Because of his because of his aggressive personality, it was easy for Shintaro to make enemies.
Daydreaming about his past, Shintaro walks into a nearby person with realizing it, a thug with a gruff voice who as taller than him "Hey buddy, Watch where you are going." The thug yells at his face. Unphased by his attempt to scare him, he walked right past him with a quiet. "Sorry" The thugs caught up to him and grabbed him by the collar of his robe. "Hey Buddy, I don't like your attitude. Looks like we are going to fix that" Shintaro's face looked untroubled, but he suddenly did a flip kick to the thugs face. "Ow, You are going to pay for that" Suddenly he punched him without even trying, as the thug laid down holding his stomach. Shintaro started to walk away and waved at the thug. "Come and find me if you want more"
Shintaro walked away, leaving that thug to lay on the ground and enjoy the rest of his day

Looks fantastic, very balanced. The only problem is We aren't approving any bankai's atm, due to their overload.

So just remove the bankai, and you will be approved for 2-2+
