Why Applying: A thread will occur between Chifuyu and Sensaiki in time, basically recruiting Sensaiki into the Vanguard after some convincing from Chifuyu.
Qualifications: Sensaiki is just that, a scientist; an inventor. She has been around technology all her life and has little trouble with dealing with rather hard situations if she needs to. Not to mention, her cold nature, when Haal is not in control, allows her to get the hard work done. But, she does care for the future of humanity and of her family. Especially that of her father, Kakine.

Why Applying: To reclaim a spot he had previous to the organization changing events. He used to be high up in the Combine but lost his position due to me not noticing the org had changed so much. He is exceptional at making technology due to his specific control over the elements in the periodic table, thus making him skilled and precise when it comes to crafting anything.
Qualifications: Long ago he was senior researcher for the organization. He also used his skills long ago to protect Karakura High School from an attack.

Why Applying: He needs to get his butt in gear and do something. He has been around for a long time on Earth and that has granted him some knowledge on how other races fight.
Qualifications: His control over plant life gives him a great edge when creating magic spells. Though he maily specializes on locking away specific types of energy, he can create specific plants that can target an enemy's weaknesses.

Position Applying For/Do You Wish To Be Unknown?: As high or low as is seen fit, though due to its lack of members at the moment, Valentine would prefer to be Lord of Whispers.
Why Applying: Valentine has already spoken with Chifuyu Yuudeshi regarding offering his assistance, and his primary goal on Earth is explicitly to help keep the peace and "save the world," so to speak.
Qualifications: While the Dimir may at a glance seem an odd choice for someone without massively stealth-oriented abilities, the full nature of the branch, and Valentine's status as an alien, make him exceptionally well-suited to it.
His connection to the Martian Collective grants him convenient access to a research network at all times, which in itself is useful but not hugely impressive. However, there is also the fact that, due to this very same connection, nearly any attempt to read his mind will be quite quickly repelled by the countless minds absolutely interwoven with his, making it massively difficult to get information from him without his wishing to share it. The nature of his Water Communication also allows him to send detailed messages or images to specific recipients without concern of interception, particularly if using something such as the ocean as a medium.
Beyond all of this is his greatest ace in the hole, his total lack of connection to any supernatural energies. This makes pinpointing his presence through typical spiritual detection methods impossible, allowing for situationally exceptional ability to blend into a crowd or evade being found, and makes him a thoroughly unknown entity to most who might try to discern his identity.
Other Comments: I am perfectly content to make this request/application in-character in a thread, as I am fully aware such a thing might merit it, and Valentine himself is all too happy to have such a meeting. Additionally, while Valentine wishes to be the Dimir's leader, I am entirely content with any position, as I am aware such a position is quite lofty.

Why Applying:So I applied for multiple branches since Ghislain can fit a relatively vast amount of things. He is extremely versatile and capable. As a scientist, he experiments frequently and would be devoted to bringing the Vanguard technology to a new level. Bringing about a union of spirit and body unlike most before. Ghislain is also a skilled specialist with energy making him ideal for Arcanist. Honestly, I'd rather him in the Combine or Warden if possible.
Qualifications:Ghislain is a genius inventor in his own right and capable of creating many lost technologies right here. But he's also shown immense skill in repairing the moon. While also doing many things during that time period. Fighting a relatively even battle with Hayden. While also wounding Mana and surviving a fight with her. He's bringing along with him a pool of experience that is perhaps beyond most. Having access to memories from very old beings beyond himself. This is part of what made him a rather effective talent. He also is useful in keeping good relations with his race the Quincy. As Ghislain is a good example of them and doesn't stray into darkness often times being careful of things.
