Personality:
Kageboushi is quite timid. Well, to an extent. She's more or less completely depressed and lonely. It is said that this was due to her brother's death at the hands of "Lord Grumpy" that she is like she is now. To put it bluntly, she's almost childlike in this state. She has little memory, and so she will call people by the wrong names. She's prone to just laying down and crying in the middle of battle, which is something few people would know how to react to. Her favorite flower is the Lycoris radiata, or Red spider lily. It is said that the red spider lily is her favorite because it reminded her of her older brother. She rarely speaks, and when she does, it's normally almost a whisper. If it isn't a whisper, it is in a very depressing tone. Her words generally sound like she's trying to comfort someone, even when it's not herself or another person.

Racial Abilities:
Cero (虚閃 (セロ), sero; Spanish for "Zero", Japanese for "Hollow Flash",) is a form of attack used by Menos, Arrancar and Vizard. As a standard energy blast, it consists of firing a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Vizard are capable of firing Cero from their hands, fingers and other parts of their bodies. Oichi's is black with a slight amethyst aura around it.

Gran Rey Cero (王虚の閃光 (グラン・レイ・セロ), guran rei sero; Spanish for "Grand King Zero", Japanese for "Royal Hollow Flash") is a Cero that only Espada are capable of using. It is performed by mixing an Espada's own blood with the Cero. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and speed as well as a change of color unique to the Espada. It is also many times more powerful than a normal Cero, capable of disturbing the fabric of space, it also seems to spin like a razor upon release as it compresses and decompresses due to the sheer speed and raw power. It is a drastically potent Cero, used only by the Espada themselves.

Cero Oscuras (黒虚閃 (セロ・オスキュラス), sero osukyurasu; Spanish for "Dark Zero," Japanese for "Black Hollow Flash") or more grammatically correct Cero Oscuro, is a black Cero used by the top four Espada. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. The Cero Oscuras' range is vast, and its attack power is massive. It is strong enough to destroy half of the dome over Las Noches. The superior Cero Oscuras is far greater than an average Cero.

Sombra Cero ( (シャドウゼロ), sombura sero; Spanish for "Shadow Zero," Japanese for "Creeping Hollow Flash") is a Cero that was created by Oichi. However, all who have despair run their lives can learn it. It is odd, as it is one of the few Ceros that has an afterimage, per se`. It is fired like a normal Cero. It looks like a normal Cero. It smells like a normal Cero. Unless you know Oichi's power, it is a normal Cero. Well, if you counter it like a normal Cero, you'll be damaged. Because what you see approaching you is the actual Cero's shadow. As it travels, it has a shadow under it. Once someone blocks the actual Cero's shadow, the real Cero will burst from the ground or whatever the Shadow is on towards where the block took place. If someone dodges, it will travel until it hits something else.
Bala (虚弾 (バラ), bara; Spanish for "Bullet", Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") is an Arrancar-exclusive technique that hardens the user's Reiatsu and releases it like a swift blast of spiritual energy. While the technique is not nearly as powerful as a Cero, its speed is 20 times faster and allows for it to be fired in quick repetition. In addition, it possesses more concussive force than a Cero does. Oichi's is different, as it will have not one, but two shockwaves.
Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), iero; Spanish for "Iron", Japanese for "Steel Skin") is an Arrancar technique in which the user's reiryoku condenses, creating a steel-hard skin strong enough to block a Zanpakutō. This also allows them to fight some of the sword-wielding Shinigami barehanded.
Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), Garuganta; Spanish for "Throat", Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. A Garganta literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway. It is primarily used by Hollow and Arrancar, but some other characters have used it through different means. There is also another use for Garganta: Garganta Broadcast, a visual broadcast similar to a television screen, created by using individual Garganta portals.

Sonído (響転 (ソニード), Sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound", Japanese for "Sound Ceremony") is a technique used by Arrancar which allows them to move at extreme speeds, making it highly similar to the Hohō (or Flash Steps as they are called in the English Dub) that Shinigami use. While somewhat similar to Hohō, Sonído appears to be more instinctual than Hohō, requiring no previous knowledge to perform. It also makes a different sound; rather than the swishing or sometimes silent Flash Step of the Shinigami, Sonído makes a booming or static sound.

Pesquisa (探査回路 (ペスキス), Pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry", Japanese for "Probe Circuit") is an Arrancar's ability to detect, sense and gauge the amount of Reiatsu in his or her vicinity.

RESSERECCION

Resereccion Release Phrase:
Open the gates of the abyss....into hell...

Release Actions:
Oichi states the release phrase and her naginata dissipates into black reishi. The reishi will then surround her feet, and a large gaping hole in the ground about 15 feet in diameter will open. Hands made of shadow and pure darkness will emerge, and the hole will close. The hole will be able to swallow up anyone who is on the ground at the time of its closing.
Resereccion Appearance:
Oichi's appearance doesn't change at all. Instead, she now has a small circle under her feet that is made of her reiatsu. She also has two arms of shadow/pure darkness that are always there beside her. If they get destroyed, they can easily be re-made.

Translation: Death Walk
Range: 10 meters
Description: Oichi will clench her fist, or fists, hard enough to draw blood and a skeleton-like arm, or arms, the size of a semi made of shadow/darkness will appear in front of her. The arm acts on its own to attack anyone who gets within a 10-meter radius of Oichi. They can be destroyed, but if it's after the first post after it was created then it will regenerate. The arms will last for 3 posts.

Description: Oichi can create a shield made of shadow that can block most energy attacks. This also can block some melee` attacks, though she relies on her shadow arms to take the damage of those attacks.

Description: Oichi can use the shadow circle under her to hover slightly over the ground. This makes whatever movement she does, unless she purposely does it, completely silent. This excludes attacks.
Name: Canción Inerte
Translation: Lifeless Song

Description: Oichi will create a set of shadow wings that almost look like a spider's legs. She will then use her reiatsu as a shield and charge toward a target at high speeds. She can slightly turn (45 degrees in either direction once).
Name: Olvidado Pecados
Translation: Forgotten Sins
Range: 20 meters
Description: Oichi will create ten arms, half the size of the ones from Muerte Caminar. These will charge forth, grabbing whatever can be moved. Upon reaching 20 meters, they will drag whatever they grab into the "shadow realm" where they can be replicated in her Deus Ex Segunda.

Oichi will "dip" into the shadows, then emerge. However, she will be wrapped in shadows and not visible. Then the shadow will open up like a spider spreading its legs. Oichi will be upside-down and will then drop gently to the ground.

Description: Oichi will create nine portals that are three inches tall and five feet wide. These will be arranged in a circle around Oichi, with her as the center. The portals will then spawn sawblades made of shadow at random intervals. The blades move at the speed of a bullet train, and will pass through Oichi. The attacks will last for four posts.

Description: Oichi will create portals around her that will appear around her as she moves. These portals are created from the "shadows of the dimension." From each one, an arm will appear to jab or slash at whatever is in front of the portals. Oichi can create 7 portals a post and this can last up to 4 posts, with the final post having two large spikes appear from a pair of portals.

Description: Twenty one squares will be created on the ground around Oichi. These squares will have access to whatever she absorbed with Olvidado Pecados. The objects can be thrown, used as a weapon, or crushed by her larger shadow arms that are created from the squares.

Range: 50 meter radius/5 kilometer radius
Description: Oichi will kneel onto the ground, defenseless, for one post. After that one post, a black circle will either encircle Oichi 50 meters in every direction. She will then stand up and the power will be activated. It will be active for 4 posts. Anything that lands on the ground, or is on the ground will be swallowed whole. This is a special portal, allowed by Touketsu, to Touketsu's energy realm. Anything that is swallowed will be transported to the energy realm and turned into pure energy. If Touketsu activates his link, then its power will increase drastically. Instead of being 50 meters, it is increased to 5 kilometers. The post limit is increased to six posts as well.

PAST

History:
Oichi was born, many, many, many, many centuries ago. She does not remember how old she is, though she was the second born of her family. She had an older brother that she followed like a lost puppy. It is unknown how she died, but it was alongside her brother. The two stayed close to one another until the middle 1500s, when a shipment of gigais from the Soul Society was lost. Oichi and her brother took a pair of the artificial bodies from a mysterious brown-haired salesman. Oichi's older brother, Nobunaga, became angry at the world for what happened to him and his sister all those years back. With that anger, he set off to conquer the world.

Following Nobunaga's conquest of Mino in 1567, in an effort to cement an alliance between Nobunaga and rival warlord Azai Nagamasa, Nobunaga arranged for Oichi, then twenty years old, to marry Nagamasa. Their marriage was through political means, ensuring an alliance between the Oda and the Azai clans. She bore Nagamasa one son (Manjumaru) and three daughters -- Yodo-dono, Ohatsu and Oeyo.
In the summer of 1570, Nagamasa betrayed his alliance with Nobunaga and went to war with him on behalf of the Asakura family. A story relates that Oichi sent her brother a sack of beans tied at both ends, ostensibly as a good-luck charm but in reality a warning that he was about to be attacked from both front and rear by the Asakura and Azai clans. According to the story, Nobunaga understood the message and retreated from his brother-in-law's assault in time.
The fighting continued for three years until the Asakura and other anti-Oda forces were destroyed or weakened. Oichi remained with her husband at Odani Castle throughout the conflict, even after Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a trusted vassal of Nobunaga at the time, began laying siege to the castle. When Odani was surrounded, Nobunaga requested that his sister be returned to him before the final attack. Nagamasa agreed, sending out Oichi and her three daughters. Nagamasa had no hope of winning, but still fought on. In the end, he was shot down by Nobunaga's forces. Oichi and her daughters remained in the Oda family's care for the next decade.

It was at this time that Nobunaga's arrogance caught up to him. He began calling himself "The Demon King of the Sixth Heaven." This angered the actual demon king, Touketsu. In a rare occurance, he emerged from his throne and fought the warlord one-on-one. Oichi watched as her older brother was absorbed by the demon king. Her gigai was destroyed before Touketsu arrived, and seeing Nobunaga be killed in front of her was enough to finish off her sanity. She began and finished hollowfication in front of Touketsu. In an act of...well, Touketsu had no reason to do this. He broke her mask off almost immediately after, turning her into an arrancar.

For centuries after that, Oichi followed Touketsu like a shadow. She knew not of what his intentions were, but she knew that he had her brother inside of him somewhere. Touketsu gave Oichi a link to his power, though she couldn't exactly use it when she wanted to. The depressed arrancar then met up with Ashlei Mischevang, who amused her. She called Ashlei "Lord Happy" as she was upbeat when the two met. However, even though she joined the Espada, she is still more loyal to Touketsu.

"Why... are you sad?" Her voice was quiet, a simple whisper if it must be explained correctly. She sat down beside the male that was alone, his body convulsed as she moved closer to him. Her voice and expression gave off a child-like state, making her seem almost.. confused, to why she had asked such a question. The male responded that he was being sent to fight for Shadow Fall, in the upcoming war. She... didn't quite understand what made him sad, but she pressed on, just through her own curiosity. [color:4e3f=B666D2]"But... why does that make you sad?" Another whisper escaped from the girl's lips as she stared at him. Her eyes were nearly devoid of emotion, a blank stare focused on the male's face. He responded with the fact that "I have to leave my wife behind due to this." and "Our son needs a role model there for him, so why do I have to go?!" Again, Kageboushi didn't understand the man, nor did she try to.

"So..." She stood, ignoring the man now as she stepped forward. Her steps were light, her body had a grace to it as she moved. "Sad... and worried." She spoke continually, letting her hair fall to the side as she cocked her head, turning to the male once more. She was confused, why was the man sad? Why was he worried for his son and wife? These were concepts that Kageboushi truly didn't.. understand. "Okay... I hope... you get happy again." She left the man with these words, simply turning on her heel and moving forward away from where he stood. She was still confused, and she wouldn't come out of this state for awhile it seemed. Either way, she had learned of a man's sadness for his family, a concept that just doesn't flow through Kageboushi's mind so easily..
