Overall Appearance

Personality: Hanako was raised to be a good girl by a political father and a military mother. Her father made her fancy while her mother made her tough. Socially she is a woman with a mixed personality between guile, intellect, and strength. The strength she had was enough to use a shotgun that became famous for putting ArchDuke TelcinVohlis out of commission for ten days by a wild shot (but also fractured her arm in the process by the awkward handling during its powerful kickback.) Her intellect shows through her use of words, quick thinking when she is in a bind and looking into alternative methods of carrying out an attack. She is not the woman of few words, she is not a gossip, so her charm often invited people who are trying to get away from something or have a secret; in return, she gives out advices...just advices.
_____Unlike the other girls, she does not play any mind game to the boys; even regarded such habit as, “Not Lady-Like.” She actually preferred to wear her hunting outfit (seen in picture above), but like some of the rich girls, she can be comfortable in fancy clothing like gowns and cocktail dresses (except for the Chinese dresses, she does not like the idea of the slits being so high up her thighs.) She does wear beauty care products, but rather lightly because she believes that if she applied too much, Koichi would have mistaken her for being possessed by a Hollow. Oddly, Hanako was very defensive about her pink hair band; it is assumed it belonged to one of her servants whom she has a deep affection to.
_____She usually gets irritated whenever she is called “cute” because most of the time when she was called that, the ones who called her that tried to kidnap her, but failed because she outran them. She enjoys working with Koichi Iramasha (because she also likes dogs) and she is definitely a sucker for pocky sticks and dark chocolate. Strangely, she is deathly afraid of...frogs (of any type) and any blade moving above her head; both seemed to be caused by a terrible dream as a child.

Weapons
Famed Shotgun, Shinto’s Blade: Used to be in Hanako’s possession as inheritance from her mother, the Shinto’s Blade is unique for its “two-in-one” fixed feature of a Semi/Automatic machine gun that fires bullets that was regularly used for magnums and a semi-automatic shotgun. Both have the bullpup design and their own clips, handles and triggers, dischargers and a single crosshair. The machine gun is set over the shotgun with the trigger forward from the shotgun’s trigger which is located in its standard location. The sliders are located between the gun and its stock. The twin receivers (mechanisms) extended into the stock which allowed the sliders to properly discharge the rounds. Its strength is its capability to gravely harm any spirit, unless they have mastery in a defensive technique; the other benefit was its versatility due to its function as an assault rifle and a shotgun. Its weakness was its kickback being strong and its weight is heavy compared to the Israeli’s Gaili Assault Rifle (which is close to trying to lift an executive chair.) The sad news for spirits is Hanako hid it somewhere that only she and Koichi knows about, and both of them are unwilling to talk about it.
Hanako’s Primary: Brigandine Gloves: Created for two purposes according to Hanako; to inflict upon others and to comfort her hands. Thus why she can dislocates a drunk's jawbone without feeling the pain. The gloves are two layers of leather with a mesh of chain mail in between the leathers. It provided flexibility, but it does as much damage as the plated version of these ninja-like weapons.
Hanako’s Secondary: Colt-.45 Crack Shot Semi/Auto Pistol: Still young during this time period, this tri-barreled long repeater can be both semi and full automatic while it comes with its own magazines being extended. Due to Colt Industry’s great success in selling the most reliable pistols all over the world, they actually mail someone like Hanako a full clip of bullets for her Crack Shot. However, Hanako preferred to use it whenever she has to stop someone quicker than she is or just out of reach. With this gun...she killed no one, but wounded and crippled many while incapacitating few with this marvelous gun.

Natural Abilities
Free-Runner: She an urban acrobat, so agility and speed are her best attributes whenever she is in any urban locations.
Hunter: She is capable of looking for signs of Humans with special abilities who have gone bad, she even can be intuitive about which power they have and how to handle that.
Musical Idol: She is popular, simple as that. But not for her looks, she has the musical talent that inspires people who hear it over the radio, the television or even YouTube Universe. However, there are cases when being popular can be bad...
Martial Artist: She is clearly a black belt when it comes to using her hands and feet as weapons. Usually equipped with plated boots and armored gloves, she can lay waste upon her opponent with flurries of punches and kicks along with a higher chance to hit a soft spot often than her using any other weapon. Due to her being an agility type, she can attack more frequently, but sacrificed power in the process. However, she can also evade attacks more due to her flexible battle tactics instinctively fabricated during combat.
Crack Shot: With a pistol, Hanako was good at firing her pistol without waiting to aim, thus improving her chances of hitting an enemy when she fires “from the hip.”
Whimpy: Hanako is not strong physically, so she sticks to lightweight weapons and avoid getting hit herself. There is one benefit to such a drawback...her reflex is faster due to instinctive will...not to get punched in the face by her schoolyard bully.
Ghost Seer: She can see spirits clearly. However, it can be a bad thing too.
Capable Cook: She can make some food without turning them into a hazard to the dead’s...health? Anyhow! She is able to bake a cake, make sushi and other things that are generally beneficial as along she has a recipe with her. Key Phrase: “Trial and Error”
Pub Proprietor: She manages her own pub, so she knows her booze and meals while being manageable with her funding and information.

Powers
Immunity to Reiatsu: Reiatsu refers to “Spiritual Pressure” and by a stroke of luck, Hanako developed it as a young child, thus explaining how a child survived Vohlis up close before she blasted him across the room with the Shinto’s Blade. There is no limitation to how much reiatsu that she can take in and still not be affected. It is considered the most useful power to have due to the possibility of standing in front of an angry...godly...thing and remains unaffected when a human would be ashes by then. It is also the most useless power to have because it does not protect her from reinyoku attacks like Cero and Hadou.

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance: Reishi began to illuminate around Hanako's body faintly while it gave off a small eminence of spirtual pressure. That reishi made a clear, liquid appearance all over Hanako's body, yet something about it made Hanako a bit bolder than she used to be.
Power Development Stage 1 Abilities
Reishi Enhanced Physique: (Passive) Hanako was personally shielded and strengthened by the reishi that she could gather from the environment. When she could survive a direct hit from most enemy like a cero and environmental damages like falling, there is a breaking point where her shield will dissipate completely, causing Hanako to retreat into cover until it recharges two to three rounds later. As for strength, she can punch and kick harder generally, but with enough power to knock down some enemies; drastically weakened enemies are guaranteed to be knocked over by her fierce kick. The downside is that her strength is also connected to her shield, so if the shield is gone, so is her enhanced strength. Do note that this ability cannot enhance her endurance, so she can survive most attacks at first strike, but she cannot run further without getting exhausted.
Reishi Blitzkrieg: (1 Round Charge Up) Named after the German's "Lightning War" tactic, Hanako overdrives her reishi intake and compressed them to her feet, causing an explosive reaction that propelled her at more than 80 miles per hour. With her personal shield ready, she can definitely survive the braking, but it usually stopped when she hits something, person or not. Some fast enemies can evade it, but if an enemy was hit, making a counterattack will be harder at that point due to a high rate of getting stunned by her punch or knocked back and down by her kick. This allowed Hanako and her allies a small window of opportunity to attack while the target is unable or slow to defend themselves. If at critical failure, Hanako will be stunned or paralyzed while falling to an injured or unconscious status, leaving her defenseless for five rounds.
Reishi Flame: (1-2 Rounds Charge Up) She focused and created many upon many mini explosions in the field of reishi, creating heat and eventually after a round of charging, she created a small cylinder-shaped barrier around her as she charged for another round. The barrier prevented enemies from getting close to her while burning weak attacks, rendering them useless. After the second round, she created a focusing source and converged the flame barrier into a ball of fire. She then tossed it at her chosen enemy. Although the blast is very small by collateral radius, it packs a mean punch, leaving the inflicted enemy burning for one round. Unlike most flame attacks, Reishi Flame cannot be doused by conventional methods, so healing kidos and regeneration can counteract the burning instantaneously. Throughout the charging, she is still vulnerable even with the fire barrier around her, so she can still be interruptible.
Reishi Quake: (1-2 Rounds Charge Up) She converged the reishi to the sole of her right foot, which takes a round do to. After a round is completed without interruption, a rock wall formed around her like Reishi Flame did, but to immediately block all minor or moderate attacks, leaving Hanako protected until a strong attack decimates it and interrupted her. If not interrupted after another round, Hanako fully charged her focus source and stomped onto the ground, sending a powerful surge of reishi across underground towards the target that she visualized before the rock barrier was formed. Upon reaching there, it breaks the surface with enough force to send any ground enemy off-balance. If caught loose-footed (another way of saying off-guarded), the target is knocked over from the ground shock and if the enemy was already prone (meaning laying on the ground), this attack can count as an offensive attack as it deals damages to the enemy in five random locations of their body.
Reishi Water: (1-2 Rounds Charge Up) She manipulated the reishi into collecting the humidity in the air and after one round of gathering, a cylinder-shaped barrier of water formed around Hanako. The water barrier can forcefully draw any weak or moderate projectile and melee attacks away from Hanako while she charged her focusing source for another round. Once that round is completed, she creates a ball of water, which she can use to douse Reishi Flame, douse regular fires, increase burden on the enemy's outfit, increase the effects of ice and electric attacks, quench thirst and soak a small area around the target. Like regular water (in fact, it is regular water enhanced by reishi,) it can be dried off with any conventional method. Unless your character is flame-based or the Wicked Witch of the West, this attack is virtually harmless, just the electric attack or ice attack that may follow will just hurt more than before.
Reishi Wind: (0-1 Round Charge Up) The quickest of her ranged attacks, Hanako simply summoned a wind barrier around her while she charges the focusing source. The barrier wards off any weak projectile attacks. After one round of charging, she can send out a concentrated stream of powerful wind upon the target. If the target is flying, this attack can knock them back considerably while leaving them bewildered as they try to recover. Grounded foes can resist it, but if caught off-guarded, they have a high chance of being knocked over or knocked back by this attack. It is the only attack at this stage that can hit more than one enemy...providing that they are bunched up and all are flying.
Hard-Reishi Thread: (2 Rounds Charge Up) Hanako converged the reishi in the area and create a thread that she can run on made of highly-compacted (to the point of being solid) reishi. It only takes two rounds to create one thread of solid reishi, but after it is created, Hanako can use it to cross gaps that she cannot jump, run onto higher grounds or to get down from high places that would prove too dangerous to fall at. Since the hardened reishi thread was attracted to Hanako's spiritual signature, Hanako cannot fall off or lose balance unless she is forced to lose balance or was knocked off by an outside force. Unfortunately, others can use the thread (even enemies), but they do not share that attraction like Hanako does, so there is a high likelihood that the other person will fall off the thread if that person tried to run on the thread like Hanako did; the best thing to cross it was to treat it like a normal rope or like a trapeze wire...just the rope is stronger than steel and will not wobble at all.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance: The liquid clear aura that protected and strengthened Hanako became more evident as her spiritual pressure heightened and turned fierce yellow. The spiritual pressure is high enough to be significant, but not high enough to be effective against strong-willed humans.
Power Development Stage 2 Abilities
Reishi Juggernaut: (Passive) Unlike Reishi Physique, this not only greatly increased her strength and survivability, she can also move quicker (+3 more attacks per round and cuts her charge up time by 1 round, making her Reishi Wind instantaneous.) For the shield, it can survive a direct blow from a very strong attack like Cero Oscuras and Gran Ray Cero, but it is doubtable that it can survive a second blow. For strength, she can punch through thin steel or leave a dent in an Arrancar's Hierro. However, like Reishi Physique, when her shield is diminished, her strength and speed are gone until two or three rounds later, rendering her unable to do much other than what she is before tapping into First Power Development Stage. If that is the case when fighting a powerful foe, she has to retreat and avoid getting killed until her shield is restored.
Reishi Leviathan Rush: (1-2 Rounds Charge Up) A greatly empowered version of Hanako's Reishi Blitzkrieg, the Leviathan Rush can lay waste to virtually anything between her and her foe, adding collateral damage to her uses. Instead of going at 80 miles per hour, she clocked up to three times that speed (240mph.) Unfortunately, the same thing was the drawback, the attack is linear and if failed to hit, she could risk a critical and be stunned for three rounds, injured throughout the fight, or unconscious for five rounds, rendering her unable to fight. However, if she did succeeded, she can break through any Arrancar's Hierro, even in their Resurreccion form if from a punch and if from a kick, she can topple over virtually any powerful enemy of any size. Same after effects for the target if struck, but those who are caught in the line of the attack, they would be disorientated from the sudden rush attack accompanied by the pressure wave that followed.
Reishi Inferno: (2-3 Rounds Charge Up) An explosive version of Reishi Flame, though it takes longer, it has a devastating effect upon the area the width of an average three-lane highway (the other three-lane highway on the other side does not count.) Not only it is powerful enough to break most barriers and devastate most enemies (provided they are directly hit by the fireball,) its burning effect is longer by 2 rounds (meaning it lasts up to three rounds unless cured by healing kido or counteracted with fast regeneration.)
Reishi Tremor: (2-3 Rounds Charge Up) Though still only effective against grounded enemies, this empowered version of Reishi Quake can knock down heavier enemies, breaking the foundation of any enemy who chose to root themselves, disorient enemies who are underground, create a small arena by sinking the area down by twenty feet in depth, and cause devastation upon prone enemies (for definition of "prone," see Reishi Quake.) Like Reishi Flame, the radius of the attack is the width of a three-lane highway with exception of the three-lane highway on the other side. The only downside; it has to sacrifice range because Reishi Tremor only affects those around Hanako, not around the target.
Reishi Tsunami: (2-3 Rounds Charge Up) Despite it requiring a large water source, it is very effective when needing to affect the whole area around her and out in front of her. Like Reishi Water, it can dispel the effect of Reishi Inferno and Reishi Flame, while other things mentioned in Reishi Water. The only enhancement was it being the widest attack used since it involved manipulating that large water source to create a tidal wave that floods the area and even if Hanako stopped mid-way, she has no control where the water will go. On the bright side, if rain is needed, she can make one, though the large pillar of water is considered a dead giveaway of where Hanako would be. Unlike Reishi Storm, using it guaranteed a more predictable use of ice and electrical attacks.
Reishi Storm: (2-3 Rounds Charge Up) Instead of affecting the wind for personal methods, she conjured a storm complete with rain and lightning bolts. Once it is created, it does not expire until it is either dissipated by a powerful force or by the end of the thread. The lightning bolts strike at random and like regular lightning, it can create a sonic boom that can deafen and disorient anyone who are near it or kill anyone who is caught under it with very little chance of survival unless they have immunity to lightning or feeds on electricity. The rain can enhance the effect of ice and lightning attacks, but it makes any lightning and ice attack far more unpredictable.
Hard-Reishi Field of Threads: (3-4 Rounds Charge Up) Like Hard-Reishi Thread, but on a bigger scale. Hanako charged up and creates four to six threads of solidified reishi at random locations on the ground and at random directions. Since they are environmental, anyone who can see them can walk, run or climb on them, but unlike them (who has to balance or climb on them,) Hanako can run on the threads without falling off due to her spiritual signature being an attractant for the hardened reishi that made up the threads. The only way she falls off is if she was knocked off by an attack or she chose to jump off or slide off.


Background/Roleplay Sample

Background: Hanako Shikijou Junior was born in Osaka on the twenty-fifth of November, 2392. Her parents are both of the high career level in politician (the father, Naoki Shikijou) and the military (Gen. Hanako Shikijou Senior.) Because of such high power, Hanako lived obliviously in her family’s mansion in Osaka with servants and childhood friends. However, her perfect, mahogany life was shattered when a demonic enemy of her mother, Archduke TelcinVohlis assaulted the mansion to acquire a weapon that he described as powerful enough to stop someone very powerful. It was when Hanako was ten years old and the images of dead servants were engraved into her memory with the sound similar to frogs croaking echoing in her family’s mansion. She ran to her father, hoping he will protect her, but she was caught by the vile archduke and was carried to her father. “Hand me the Shinto’s Blade and I was consider sparing your precious little princess unscathed. Her father surrendered and promised to give the demon that weapon in exchange for Hanako. The archduke showed no emotion as he tossed Hanako across the room. The father rushed and caught Hanako before she could hit the hard, wooden steps. The fall back by the father rattled the Shinto’s Blade out of its moorings under the right drawers of the father’s desk and landed onto the floor. Hanako stumbled over father and reached for the Shinto’s Blade. Backed against the desk as the archduke approached casually, Hanako held onto the shotgun, pleading that it is her mother’s, not anyone else’s, but the archduke said that he can bring it to her mother because she needed it. When the archduke thought a child is stupid enough to believe that, Hanako was not falling for it and aimed the Shinto’s Blade at the archduke. BOOM! The archduke flew across the room and smashed through the wall into the hallway. There, the archduke lay there unconscious. His servant collected him and ordered a retreat. Both injured, Hanako and her father hugged each other in relief while the father decided to take themselves and the Shinto’s Blade out of Osaka since the demons know about it now.
_____With their stuff packed, mansion locked up, mother called, and past set being them, Hanako and her father left in the father’s favorite car, which Hanako was not allowed in unless it called for something desperate. Why? “Daddy’s baby” has enough modifications to be considered military graded with speed, on-a-dime flight controls and enough strength to tow a military humvee out of the mud on its own. So Hanako has quite an experience during their three hours trip to Karakura Central. Upon arrival, Hanako’s mother already arranged a penthouse that is both safe and elegant to fit the father’s taste for luxury (it cannot be helped when there are shiny things.) From there on, Hanako is now a Karakuran who attended middle school and high school in Karakura City. Into high school, she was not bullied or anything, just one in a crowd for being able to see spirits like they are actual people in plain sight and sometimes can keep up with them through impressive acrobatics that she picked up when she chose to do some gymnastics as a side habit. She also joined the martial arts club and the culinary club. After graduating, she planned to open a pub where she could serve drinks for the adults and treats for the kids. However, pubs generally are not allowed to have kids in the same room as adults, so she just makes hearty meals and hard drinks for adults. One thing that changed...was when she met Koichi, Son of Demon Lord Iramasha in her pub.
_____From there and out, Hanako began working with Koichi and indirectly the Iramasha Clan as a man-hunter for humans with special powers who chose to exploit their powers maliciously. One of the jobs involving a music lover killing people with pendulums made from his past victim’s bones as they sing, “The Poet and The Pendulum.” Hanako was nearly killed, but the other singers are not so lucky; nevertheless, both Hanako and Koichi arrested the sicko and turned him in to face judgment of Angel Lord Halo Iramasha. The experience itself explained why Hanako usually the first to notice when an enemy was trying to attack her or Koichi from above with a blade or two.

Comments/Notes: Looks good to me. A bit hesitant on the reiatsu thing, but it doesn't protect you from anything other than a sure one hit kill if someone literally farts reiatsu...which would just be lame, so I'm cool with that
