Applying for this because of a lack of judgement in Aramand's fight with Zaraki; he assumed that Zaraki would not follow through with a charge because he had generated an attack. He thereby ignored the previously stated attacks. Additionally, he believed he was capable of taking an assault from a focused Zaraki Kenpachi and wreaked havoc in Zaraki's division, meaning he would most likely have faced a similar backlash from the other Captains because of the sheer number of lives he endangered with his reckless attacks during a time when the Soul Society needs every member it can get. He also stated several times using skills that should have been far outside of his range of capability; namely the fact that he performed a Shunpo that was on par in terms of skill and execution with Yoruichi without clearance, used Zarkai level strength and edurance, and so forth.
