Going Forward With Character Profile Reviews And Tiers

«MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SITE»
At the moment, we are undergoing some changes in how we evalute appilcations on the site going forward. I've made a guideline in staff board in order to help better determine how we grade character profiles in the future. Since we're going to start making adjustments with characters and what not.
Mostly it just pertains to start-off tiers, regulation of various tiers, determining what makes an app approvalble for a certain tier and so on.So it won't effect anything currently approved. And it's designed to help all staff be on the same page when it comes to grading; as opposed to one staffer grades like this, another grades like that and etc
I'll also be making adjustments to some of the tier/skill stores as well today. It mostly concerns to some of the more high-end upgrades and making more rigid requirements for them. This is to help ease the saturation effect of 0 tiers as we have enough of them at the moment and we'll want to focus on having future ones grow further. So, what will most likely be happening in that regard is just making them go through trials for it, seeing if they'll be active for it and increasing the cost of them.
So, in the future, you'll probably have to go through a training thread to explain why they are getting this upgrade after purchasing a tier upgrade. Then, you'll have to be evaluated on if you can handle the upgrade by staff and then it will be passed if everything checks out.
Hopefully this will help ease things as time progresses. We'll make updates to this thread to anything related to tier, character procedures and so on as well.
