Humanoid Form: A Menos usually takes on a human shape when it becomes an Arrancar.The only ones that will definitely get a 100% humanoid form are Vasto Lorde-Class Menos.For the remaining two levels, there are many who don't get a completely humanoid form, despite becoming Arrancar.Therefore, the closer one looks to a Hollow, the lower its power of reasoning.Though Arrancar can give up their human forms in order to obtain enormous power.This new form will retain remnants of their past selves, like fragments of their removed masks and a Hollow hole.

Zanpakutō:The Arrancar seal the nuclei of their abilities within the form of a sword. It is entirely different from what Shinigami use. When they release their Zanpakutōs' seals they unleash their true power and their true form.The combat efficiency of an Arrancar with a released Zanpakutō is increased several times over.Therefore, an Arrancar's release of their Zanpakutō is merely a temporary restoration to their former selves, granting them any powers their Hollow form possesses. The act of release is called Resurreccion (Spanish for "Resurrection"),which is activated with a command phrase followed by the name of the sword.An Espada's Resurrección is nothing like that of a normal Arrancar.But after he absorbs a shinigami, his zanpakuto can function both like shinigami's zanpakuto and arrancar's zanpakuto.

Shikai: The Shikai (始解, Initial Release) is the second form (or
first "upgraded" form) available to a Zanpakutō. To activate it, the Shinigami needs to learn the name of their Zanpakutō. This is not as easy as simply picking a name, as the living spirit of the Zanpakutō already has its own name. Therefore, the Shinigami must be able to communicate and harmonize with their Zanpakutō effectively, which requires being able to speak to the spirit within its world.Once the Shikai is activated, the Zanpakutō will change form to access whatever special abilities it is capable of. They almost always take on the form of a weapon of some kind, though the type of weapon can vary greatly among different Zanpakutō.

Bankai: The Bankai (卍解, Final Release) is the second and final upgraded form of a Zanpakutō. To achieve Bankai, one must be able to materialize and subjugate their Zanpakutō spirit. Materialization means the opposite of getting dragged into the Zanpakutō's inner world. Instead the wielder needs to summon the Zanpakutō's spirit into the physical world. It usually takes 10 years or more to achieve, plus the experience needed to master it.After a Shinigami is able to materialize and subjugate their Zanpakutō's spirit, the Zanpakutō can assume its final and most powerful form. Unlike the Shikai, there is no command phrase to activate Bankai, though the user will usually say "Bankai" beforehand. A Zanpakutō's Bankai is often a manifestation of the spirit itself, usually creating a massive creature or a very powerful effect to aid the user in battle (Ichigo's Bankai is an exception, becoming more compact instead). The Bankai itself will receive a different name in addition to the ordinary Zanpakutō (for example Ichigo's Zangetsu becomes Tensa Zangetsu, Byakuya's Senbonzakura becomes Senbonzakura Kageyoshi). Certain Shinigami also change with their Zanpakutō, gaining clothing similar to what their Zanpakutō's spirit form looks like. Most Zanpakutō will also gain additional special abilities, or a more enhanced version of the usual one. Like with the Shikai, most of these abilities have an associated name. Maintaining the Bankai is taxing for the wielder, and it is difficult to maintain it
for long periods of time for most Shinigami.

Kidō: Kido (鬼道, "demon way", or "spirit way" sometimes translated as Demon Arts; Viz "Soul Reaper's powers"; "Spells") is the technique that Shinigami use to focus their Spiritual Energy into a wide variety of magic spells that can serve many purposes, such as healing, defense, or combat.Which after ashida absorbed the shinigami, he had gain the access to use kido.

Shunpo: Shunpo is a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be
considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.Which ashida also had gain access of using shunpo after having a ziamichi spirit.Depending either he wanted to use shunpo or sonido.

Resurreccion: Resurreccion (帰刃 (レスレクシオン),resurekushion; Spanish for "Resurrection," Japanese for "Returning Blade"), Most Arrancar have the ability to seal their power within a Zanpakutō.Upon releasing their Zanpakutō, they gain all of their former unique Hollow abilities back, essentially 'resurrecting' their old selves.When using this ability, they essentially combine their human form and their Hollow form, incidentally increasing their power considerably.As another note,when an Arrancar uses his or her Resurrección, it heals all minor wounds.

Bala: Ashida's bala is different than other bala.It is a white colour bala.And also slightly stronger than a normal bala but still weaker than a cero.The technique hardens the user's Spirital Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire amore powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed.

Cero: Ashida's cero has different colour than other cero.Instead of firing the cero from his body parts, he fires his cero out from the tip of his blade.He first charges the cero and fired it toards his enemy.His cero was a black with red outline colour.He called it as a "Black Cero".The cero isslightly stronger than the normal cero.

Sonido: Sonido (響転 (ソニード), sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound," Japanese for "Sound Ceremony") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps.

Hierro: Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), iero; Spanish for "Iron," Japanese for "Steel Skin") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power.While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable.Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual.

Garganta: Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), garuganta; Spanish for "Throat," Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo.It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Pesquisa: Pesquisa (探査回路 (ペスキサ), pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry," Japanese for "Probe Circuit") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions very similarly to sonar.
