Insanity/Socially Awkward
Getting locked up for over 300 years because of your family fearing you isn't going to put you in the best mental state will it? Yumiko suffers from insanity where she finds it extremely difficult to put her thoughts to words. In addition her behavior is unpredictable. Combine this with her potentially destructive powers, this is the core reason Yumiko is considered to be very dangerous.
Yumiko's insanity and little-to none social experience with anyone outside of her now gone family makes her extremely socially awkward and shy to speak to many people. Yumiko has virtually no friends to speak of or allies. If someone were to try start a conversation with her, it'd be extremely difficult for her and its hard to call how she'd even react..
Childish
Despite her true age being nearly 500 years old, Yumiko has the physical and mental capacity of a near teenager or child. No one really knows why she is like this. The way this affects her mentally is that she is quite "innocent" unless she is made extremely angry. This innocence shows of her complete lack of knowledge of the world - the races that inhabit it or the events happening on a global scale. If it wasn't for her powers, most people would assume shes just a uneducated child.
Docile
One of the most defining traits of Yumiko is generally she seems to be harmless both in her appearance and the way she behaves. However because of her mental state, Yumiko can become very dangerous if something does something she doesn't like and start going on the offensive. Given her dangerous powers, this is easily what makes her a threat if she isn't kept happy and under control.

I don't see any WIP in the app title so I can only assume that it is ready for check, if not may you reply to be within this month to tell if it is or isn't.
